The YouTube setup videos helped tons! The printer itself is very good, customer support still hasn’t gotten back to me. Ended up figuring out my issue on my own. Overall really good and the oven bakes the powder on the prints perfectly

Gave it the benifit of the doubt and turns out I should have followed my instincts. There’s is no help whatsoever. Had to switch my laptop 4 times because the software was giving me issues thinking it was the laptop but after the 4th try and repeatedly reaching out to customer service, there was no help other then the videos it comes with and no reply after multiple attempts. ... show more
