I purchased this printer as a backup and it has been av great addition to my small business. The software is easy to maneuver. It prints quietly and provides great quality prints comparable to those that come from my big printer. My big printer was down and this little workhorse came through. The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of research on DTF printers and personal and small business ones. I didn't want to invest $18k as a beginner. I got referrals for this one and I love it so far. The set up was super easy. Only problem I had was pulling the ink from the reservoir tube in the back, but I took a chance and ran it anyway and it drained just fine. I made a print and cured it and pressed it and it turned out perfect. I need to check the color settings because it was darker then I liked but it was perfect. The oven worked great as well. This doesn't come with any paper instructions on temp settings for the printer so please search YouTube for this printer and oven. I learned it has to be between 35 and 40 for printing and the oven 100 for 200 sec. If that helps. I am a beginner never printed DTF and have basic computer knowledge lol and I set it all up by myself. I also got a response from customer service on here and on the procolor FB page right away. They were very kind and what to help, but I was able to solve all my issues after searching YouTube and Google and taking a deep breath. ... show more

    • POS waste of money!!!!!
I have not been able to use this thing properly not once! when they finally did respond to me, they sent me to skype meetings that nobody ever answered, gave me a number to call that nobody ever answers, they insisted that it was the program not the machine, got a new program ($500+) and have now wasted that money as well! I asked for a full refund a few times with just a run around, they refuse to refund or exchange. Printer won't use white ink the one time I was able to get it to print, print nozzles are now clogged, it shoots the entire roll of paper out, I have to power off printer just to get it to stop and once I power it back on and start feeding all the paper back onto the roll it overtakes what I am trying to do and starts shooting the paper back out. Now there's a new problem the back power button will turn on but not the front power button, making this even more useless than before! I am also pissed that I had asked Amazon to help me with this since day one and all they would do is tell me to message them and that they wouldn't help me get a refund unless the seller didn't contact me back, even though they gave me the run around and refuse to refund or replace this lemon machine! I am tempted to find an attorney about these people especially since I am not the only one having these issues! JUST REPLACE OR REFUND ME!!!! ... show more

This printer has exceeded my expectations. I obsoletely love their customer service. Mine was plug and play. No issues. I do recommend to find you a color chart to pick the right color all the times. Recommend this product.

Let me begin by saying this was not an easy purchase at first. I did do the research on dtf printers for a couple of month before going forward with this one. I was worried about how difficult it would be to learn but they make everything available making it a smooth set up. They provide videos and pictures and all you need on the usb sticks that come with it. When I did have questions or needed help they were quick to respond and helped me step by step! After contemplating this machine back and forth for over a month… I finally decided to go with this one. I researched many machines (as this is a huge expense). After reading lots of reviews and watching lots of YouTube videos. I thought I could be a pro at this. Silly me. The machine came all wrapped up in a very nice chest box. I unboxed it. Everything was there. Not one part was missing. As I am not very computer literate when it comes to uploading and setting up USB files, I decided to get in touch with the engineers that are provided for you. This is where I want to say be patient (as they are great at their job) it takes some time. But the customer service was amazing. I got frustrated and even told my husband I was scared. In the end they had me up and running and even showed me how to make prints. I am by far still learning but i have the just of it, and look forward to learning what all I can do with this. They take ALOT of care, and routine maintenance is simple. But nozzle checks are a must everyday. I will update this if I come across any changes, But so far I am impressed. I spent over $3000 on this machine and it did not work. I had it for over a month and was not able to use it one time. I was constantly on the phone with them trying to fix it and because they’re in China they don’t start working until 9 PM my time. After a month of them trying everything and also going into my computer downloading a ton of stuff in their language I ended up having to bring my computer to the shop to have everything erased because when I tried to go on Google everything was in a different language. I went back-and-forth with them for about a week trying to get my refund they told me that they were only going to give me $500 back. I contacted Amazon and explain to them the situation and also sent them all the text messages. This company is not worth it. I ended up saving a couple thousand more and got a real machine that was in the US. So far I’ve had this machine for about a month and it works perfectly. Stay away from this company and do not waste your money. Their customer service is great until you want your money back and then they argue with you ... show more
