This is an amazing printer. The images are so bright and clear. The only issue is that the white ink clogs a lot and you have to constantly clear the line. I was amazed at the size of the printer and the oven. All in all I would recommend thia to others

First of all the shipping was a lot faster than anticipated so that was a plus. After opening the package and setting it up I contacted customer support and with the help of Frank and team we were able to get software installed and we were up and printing on day one. The software is easy to use and the prints are amazing. I’ve had my printer for about 4 months and I use it daily and it is still works great. At the 6 month mark is when the problems really began. Had to replace print head and pump and that fixed it for about a week then the problems began again and unfortunately never really got it back working after trying all the different things customer support had me try over and over and over again. I gave up so unfortunately if you are looking for a printer that will only work for a few months then sure it’s for you but it was an expensive mistake for us. ... show more

I absolutely love my printer and oven!!! The shipping was horrible at no fault to the company... DHL held my package for almost a week and after many phones calls and much frustration we ended up having to go to their facility to pick it up. I paid for faster shipping too so that was a bummer. The set up was pretty smooth and the customer service was great with the assistance that I did need. Frank gets right back to you as soon as it's an appropriate time in his time zone and via Skype the engineers are very patient and helpful. It took a few prints for the white to come out properly but after it runs through it prints flawlessly. Definitely a better experience than converting an Epson myself and I would definitely purchase another through them!!! Update: I had an issue and customer service was awesome! Frank is amazing. I am so happy I chose this company. 2nd UPDATE: (March 2023) Had an issue with my printer and P-Jerry was so patient and kind in helping me find and fix the issue. Lina was swift in helping me receive a needed part. Frank as always was swift to get his team to assist me. They guided me with photos and videos and they worked like a charm! I was able to change the paper roller, the print head (it clogged) and a ribbon I accidentally clipped which they sent to me immediately and I received it in a few days. I am amazed with myself that I actually was able to do it! The videos were spot on and although the task was difficult at times I was able to work through it. P-Jerry was even able to help me correct my printer settings to help my images print properly. I couldn't imagine having chosen a different company. The stars definitely aligned and led me to make the best choice!!!! Once I am ready I will definitely be purchasing another printer from them in the future. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I had some issues with the printer as pictured.... however, I was to have technical support assist me. This did take some scheduling and logistical work....but it happened. As a result of the initial troubleshooting appointment, I was directed to order some parts to fix my issue. I ordered the parts and they arrived within a couple of days. I reached out to have technical support assist me with the installation of the product, and I was able to watch the video sent to me and replace my print head and my ink waste pump. I live in a very cool area, the coast, and it does not get above low 70's here. Even then, if you do not use your machine and extract the wasted ink, it will dry out and ruin your pump. This is a nightmare for printing. Once I replaced the items, the printer worked like new and I have attached some of my work. Very happy with customer service provided, even with all the logistical planning that had to go into scheduling it. ... show more

They also linked me up to the salesperson so I can buy film and replacement parts made for this printer. I absolutely love this printer and it has helped my shirt making tremendously. I've been using the L1800 direct-to-film printer for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with it. It's a great printer for printing on a variety of garments, including t-shirts, hoodies, and hats. The prints are high quality and durable, and the printer is easy to use. One of the things I like most about the L1800 is that it's very versatile. I can use it to print on a variety of different types of garments, and I can also use it to print on other materials, such as canvas and wood. This makes it a great printer for a variety of projects. Another thing I like about the L1800 is that it's very easy to use. The printer comes with a software program that makes it easy to print your designs. I've also been very impressed with the tech support. I've had a few questions about using the printer, and the tech support team has been very helpful. They've been quick to respond to my questions, and they've always been able to help me resolve my issues. Overall, I'm very happy with the L1800 direct-to-film printer.
