So the customer service IS NOT 24/7. They come online about 8 at night and take quite some time to even respond. The USB they sent me was corrupt and I couldn’t pull any data from it. I let them know and they did not offer to send me a new one or download all the files when I was working with an engineer. It was working perfectly fine for about 2 days, then quit printing white. Did the daily maintenance, did the resets, and still nothing. Then it stopped printing altogether. I tried to communicate but again, the engineers took so long to respond, then did not respond at all. So sad because the first prints were absolutely great. ... show more

This is an amazing printer. The images are so bright and clear. Initially theybdidnt ship the ink withbthe printer. Contacted CS and they said they ships them separately so the ink wont ruin the printer. I received the ink later. The only issue is that the white ink clogs a lot and you have to constantly clear the line. I was amazed at the size of the printer and the oven. All in all I would recommend thia to others Update... it is now May and we started having issues with the white not printing in April. Now it does not print at all. We contacted CS and they said that our 30 day warranty is expired and they can't send me a free print head. The CS rep tried to assist in getting it up and going over the phone but no success. To have a 30 day warranty for a major part should have been a red flag to avoid the purchase. If you have quality merchandise you would stand buy it at least 2 or 3 years. To only have the item for less than 6 months and it crashes is crazy. And yes we ran two prints a day to keep it from sitting. The CS rep told us to buy another print head which I did and it won't arrive until late June. I had orders to fill and I am losing business because the machine is broken. The printer is awesome.. a few things on it that gave me problems but all in all a good product. I did have a problem in the beginning I really needed assistance on and sent email through Amazon to them. After back and forth the told me” get Skype a d use it”. I don’t use Skype nor will I. Poor customer service to not have other ways to reach out to a customer. Got a low rating due to horrible customer service I can’t even give them a star but had to to submit. ... show more

Support is extremely difficult to get with this machine. They are responsive but literally do request after request on things for you to do that will “fix” the issue only to waste your time and get no where. I bought my machine Halloween last year, have had to send it off to Cali to get repaired and then it came back to me completely unfunctional. It’s more broken than the simple cord I sent it off to have replaced. Save your time and money- absolutely not worth it. Get the extended warranty and protect yourself if you do order it, and I hope you have more luck than I have. It’s been months since I have been able to use my machine and they continue to waste my time and money. So disappointing Update- still fighting with them on sending a functional printer vs. wanting me to basically build a new printer by patching each part back together. I have never in my life been so frustrated with a company and the lack of effort to resolve an issue. They continue to send me around and around on petty tasks of videos and images that get me no where. They continue to claim it is a transportation issue but literally no damage was done to the box it was sent- nor the exterior of the machine. ... show more

    • In getting this red light . If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
The media could not be loaded. It prints amazing, BUT I can only print once and the red light goes on And stops. I have to reset the printer every single time I print. I’ve tried to call customer service without any success. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. By the way, it’s getting frustrating. Anyway, thank you. ... show more

I love the quality of the prints and how easy it is to use this printer ! I will say I ordered this model the l1800 and they sent the 1390 instead so trying to reach customer service on that and haven’t heard back yet.. overall the printer is great and the quality is clearly good.
