The media could not be loaded. There is a learning curve but I love The printer and quality. Your anti-virus software has to be off at all times It's not wireless ๐Ÿ˜’ You can't print without a special USB attached the key And you might have to wait 8-10 hours for a reply because they are in China But Jack, Allen, and Daisy has helped me on 10 different occasions. You can't leave printer sitting at all It's only 40lbs so I have mine in the center of a folding table U have to do a test print or 2 daily to keep the ink circulating. Each print takes 5min-10min just depends on How complex the design is or the size. It's a learning curve but worth the investment I'm happy to announce "No more weeding with my old cricut machine" "No more vinyl" And the print quality is great And after 90days I had to replace a major part It took 2 hrs to take 90% of printer apart But they sent me ink for free and the replacement parts for free and great instructional videos. Over all the printer won't work itself. Its a high maintenance printer but .if you take care of it It will take care of you :) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this printer back in April of 2023. It was difficult getting it set up due to the fact that you have to do everything on their time which meant staying up until 2:00 3:00 in the morning talking to them overseas on the what up app. After getting set up I used it. It was working okay but still having difficulties printing good quality prints. I ended up going into the hospital and not being able to use the printer for a week. Came back and it was no longer working. I have been on the what's up app message through Amazon to get it fixed. The company has been giving me the complete and utter run around even though I still have warranties on it and it was still under manufactured warranty. They're now refusing to send me the parts and unless I paid them more money for them to send them to me. Which is more than getting the parts on Amazon. This company with its words multiple times. I have days and days of what up app messages from them. And now I am still sitting with a printer that does not work and are losing money every single day that it does not work. This company is 100% a complete scam in Amazon should not allow them to sell on their site anymore. So if you have money to waste then go ahead and buy it from this company. They don't deserve any stars at all. And the reason why they're trying not to honor their manufactured warranty is because they have screwed me over for so long on getting it fixed. That is now outside there parameters of warranty qualifications. What? I have several videos that I am willing to share with anybody who needs to see or hear what was said and done and I will even be willing to share all my WhatsApp messages from them. I got my printer and oven combo back in December. My printer has worked amazingly. Setup and installation went smooth. My curing oven though keep beeping and would not heat properly. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they responded by the next day. When I responded again we were able to chat through whatโ€™s app and using videos to show them the problem. They immediately was able to tell me what was wrong and sent a new part and it arrived very quickly. Replacing the part was also simple. Then I was having issues with the button and timer. I sent them another message and again they responded send timely. ~JacK was able to figure out what was wrong and send me a video to quickly fix the issue which was just resetting the Temperature control panel to recognize the button! I had this printer for a couple of months and it worked great. There is a learning curve and once you get it down it's awesome. After like 200 prints my motherboard and printhead got burned out don't know how but Allen and Jack helped me get the parts I need and walked me through on how to replace them. Update.. So it's been months since I replaced my parts and still going strong. No issues and prints still coming out great. The printer already paid for itself and more. We had an issue with the oven stopping a couple days into using it but Jack was super helpful, but then shortly after that, the printer went out kept telling me my ink pad was out- I reached out they told me I needed to use a specific application that was supposed to be in my software they sent me which it was not in my software so they had to go ahead and remote in and install software so I had to spend time doing that, after spending time doing that, they realize that my print heads went out, then they try to charge me $245 to fix something I havenโ€™t even used a full month- so I had to contact Amazon - Amazon informed me that I should not be paying this fee and I had to open a claim that is when they asked me to close the claim with Amazon and they would send it to me free of charge. Once I received the part, they gave me step-by-step video on how to fix it, we have replaced it per all instructions- They have been helpful with helping address issues with the printer ... show more
