The media could not be loaded. I was asked to do a review for free ink. Yes I would love some $200 ink thanks. This is my 5th review since November 2023 . I bought printer November 2023. There is a learning curve but after 2 weeks u should have it 100% prepared to print. My printer worked 6 months. It died 5 months. I had no sleep at all writing the company 5 days a week. I lost over 1200 in sales. No mothers day no fathers day no Juneteenth sales last summer..They are in China 13hours ahead of us. P-ZENG guided me to FIXed MY PRINTER after 5.5 months. Jack, Daisy and Mr Allen are available to help 8pm-8am CST WHEN most of us are sleep in the usa. I had to replace 11 parts in 6 months. I spent about $320 total. But they did send me a free mother board and 6 bottles of free ink and free powder. The printer is high maintenance. U have to print 2 nozzle checks and do 2 head cleanings daily or the printer will die. I did that 6 months and mine still died the roller just stopped one day. Ive takin one 3 day vacation and my printer survived. I assume that my printer was originally a refurbished machine. Th3 machine prints great work but it's like having a kid. Unfortunately it's a single sheet printer and not wireless so it has to be plugged into laptop to run and the USB has to be connected to run. each standard 10by10 or 10by14 print takes 15-45min to print and weekly maintenance is required which means A order of 10 items from a customer can take up to 10 hours start to finish. The overall look of printer is picture perfect. If u don't have another job, This printer is perfect but if u have another job, U may want a faster machine. Customer service is 5 stars but printer 2.5 stars The white ink cakes up at bottom like toothpaste so I have scrape out with wooden spatula pour it out in a empty plastic bottle and i use boiling water to rinse container then alcohol to sanitize to clean it every 2 weeks. The ink pump has to be cleaned weekly and the print head. For $2500 the printer should clean itself but._That's just my opinion. The oven works great. I've had the combination set for 14 months now!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this printer back in April of 2023. It was difficult getting it set up due to the fact that you have to do everything on their time which meant staying up until 2:00 3:00 in the morning talking to them overseas on the what up app. After getting set up I used it. It was working okay but still having difficulties printing good quality prints. I ended up going into the hospital and not being able to use the printer for a week. Came back and it was no longer working. I have been on the what's up app message through Amazon to get it fixed. The company has been giving me the complete and utter run around even though I still have warranties on it and it was still under manufactured warranty. They're now refusing to send me the parts and unless I paid them more money for them to send them to me. Which is more than getting the parts on Amazon. This company with its words multiple times. I have days and days of what up app messages from them. And now I am still sitting with a printer that does not work and are losing money every single day that it does not work. This company is 100% a complete scam in Amazon should not allow them to sell on their site anymore. So if you have money to waste then go ahead and buy it from this company. They don't deserve any stars at all. And the reason why they're trying not to honor their manufactured warranty is because they have screwed me over for so long on getting it fixed. That is now outside there parameters of warranty qualifications. What? I have several videos that I am willing to share with anybody who needs to see or hear what was said and done and I will even be willing to share all my WhatsApp messages from them. So if you want to spend money to have something that doesn't this is the way to lose money

I got my printer and oven combo back in December. My printer has worked amazingly. Setup and installation went smooth. My curing oven though keep beeping and would not heat properly. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they responded by the next day. When I responded again we were able to chat through what’s app and using videos to show them the problem. They immediately was able to tell me what was wrong and sent a new part and it arrived very quickly. Replacing the part was also simple. Then I was having issues with the button and timer. I sent them another message and again they responded send timely. ~JacK was able to figure out what was wrong and send me a video to quickly fix the issue which was just resetting the Temperature control panel to recognize the button! Service was amazing and I am super happy with my printer and curing oven combo I purchased!

I love my new dtf printer. Now i can print anything i want and because of this, it help my business to make a lot of sales. Their engineers and after sale customer service is the best. Everytime i have problem they always answer and guide me even spending a lot of their time to be with me just to fix and answer my problem. Jack, Allen and the rest of the engineers, I salute on you guys for being so patient and helpful. Hopefully you will have more customer and i will always recommend your product and company to all my family and friends.

I run a small business and needed to add some products using this printer. I received the printer December 8th. It is Dec 28th and I have YET to be able to print successfully. Nor have I been able to get customer service people to help. I downloaded the app they want to communicate on and sent and email regarding that with NO response. I’m about ready to box this up and send it back unfortunately. If after ALL the research and instructions I’ve seen on this particular printer, I am coming to a loss. I hate to leave a bad review but it is what it is. I would not buy this brand or from this shop again. The only positive is it was packaged well.
