Printer has been great so far. Trouble in the beginning getting it set up but the tech support is outstanding. Everytime I needed help with something even if it was my own fault they always helped. Do NOT BUY this printer!! I haven’t even had a year and it’s been defective from the start!!! I’ve had to replace almost every part in this printer. And not everything is covered by their warranty as mentioned.Customer service is awful and useless!!! Complete waste of money that I willl have to throw this junk in the trash because I can’t sell it because it’s useless!!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

My order arrived very quickly and the company was in contact with me through every step from ship out to set up. They give clear instructions with step by step pictures to help ease the process. They respond very quickly to questions as well. I had a little trouble with the oven staying at temp and they sent out a new part right away and helped me install it. They go above and beyond to make sure their product is able to be used to its full potential. The prints come out beautifully! I have seen some dtf prints and how they feel close to plastic, but this print is soft and vibrant! I am so thankful we went with this company. The white ink stirring function is a life saver.

This was my first experience with a DTF printer. Setup was pretty straightforward and comes with ink. The print quality is great and prints at a decent speed. I imagine if you were printing a lot of prints the time would be restrictive. But for an affordable price and hobby or small business it works. The biggest complaint is there are not guides for the film going into the printer from the roll. So it is very easy for the film to misalign. I’ve seen people make a guide with something as simple as cardboard but this should have been a no brainer for the company to design with the printer. After baking our prints have held up well after pressing.

I purchased the L1800+oven combo, shipping was fast and customer service is excellent. The only problem I had with the initial set up was knowing exactly what drivers and software to install on my end. I contacted customer service and they were able to get it straightened out for me right away, they had my machine up and running smooth in no time! Print speed is slower than expected, but not having to sort vinyl and cut individual colors and weed each piece individually was a really big plus. Definitely recommend this item if you are in the market for an easy and convenient upgrade.

I've had this machine for a year and have spent more money into it than the machine is worth. I've had to replace piece after piece and tech support could care less. The main pieces I had to replace which were costly was the motherboard and the print head. The machine also constantly messes up and spews ink everywhere every time you do a head cleaning. Really wish I went with another machine because I'm not giving another penny to this brand.

The media could not be loaded. I definitely love how clear it prints I did have trouble trying get the oven to work so that took a lil while to get me the replacement plate from them but now it’s working definitely recommend it
