My order arrived very quickly and the company was in contact with me through every step from ship out to set up. They give clear instructions with step by step pictures to help ease the process. They respond very quickly to questions as well. I had a little trouble with the oven staying at temp and they sent out a new part right away and helped me install it. They go above and beyond to make sure their product is able to be used to its full potential. The prints come out beautifully! I have seen some dtf prints and how they feel close to plastic, but this print is soft and vibrant! I am so thankful we went with this company. Had for 1 month before it tore up and has been a nightmare to repair. Customer service is a joke and parts come from china so it’s delayed!!! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!! Amazon will not replace. Customer service tells you the same steps you can look up online. Buy a different brand
