This telescoping ladder is very well made. The aluminum feels thick and solid, and the extension mechanism is smooth with strong locking points. Once it’s extended, it feels very stable and secure. I used it to reach second-story windows and the roof edge (as shown in the photos), and the height was more than enough. When folded, it becomes very compact and easy to store against the wall or in the garage. It saves a lot of space compared to a traditional ladder. For me issue one is size to fit in a specific space in my camper van and this is the only one that auto-collapses and fits, and so far it hasn’t collapsed while I am on it. My previous one fit and felt sturdy; thought I was buying the same one but this one really feels flimsy when fully extended. Don’t have any other option, so I go with the hope that they wouldn’t sell something so cheapass it would collapse on me, but hold my breath ever time I climb up it… So far has done what it said it would - go up, hold me, collapse quickly into itself… so I can’t complain. Just not sure how long my luck will hold!

This is probably one of the worst products I’ve bought on Amazon. I had a ladder very similar to this but this one is 10x worse. For starters, the rungs are super far apart, I’m 6’0” tall and struggle to climb the rungs because of the distance and makes it unsafe climbing up and down. Also it is made of the cheapest material possible. It feels like slightly thicker aluminum cans. Meaning it’s too light so when I’d climb the ladder, it would sway back and forth because it’s too light and the bottom doesn’t stay down even with the stabilizer bar. I’m a contract estimator and used a similar ladder for years and it was way better. DO NOT BUY THIS

steps are not standard distance apart. ladder telescopes from bottom up. place release buttons on underside to keep them from getting accidentally hit. keep fingers from between 2nd and 3rd rungs when collapsing ladder.

The main reason that I bought this ladder is that it is high. I have two smaller ladders. They are useless for high places. With this ladder, I can use it to climb up to clean the leaves in the gutter and cut limbs myself without asking help. The other thing I like is its lightweight. I can carry it myself. It is also sturdy. I feel steady on it.
