I like the ladder it's a substantial product and I feel confident using it for my work around the house. I gave it four stars because it was missing instructions to add the bottom stabilizer. And after we had difficulty adding the feet to the stabilizer I read someone had used hot water in a bowl to soften the feet first for about 2 to 3 minutes and then add them to the stabilizer this would have been helpful. We eventually got the feet on and were able to add the stabilizer to the bottom of the ladder.

Ladder would NOT lock in place. When I went to assemble, I noticed it had already been used! But, the return window is so short-I’m DONE buying from AMAZON! Even faulty equipment can’t be returned outside their “30” day window! Which in my case included the delivery time!

Its a great ladder, easy to set up, easy to move/transport. Its certainly sturdy, even though it bows a bit when fully extended. It would have helped if the hooks on top of the latter would be bigger/wider but that's just a minor detail. Since the ladder is close to ideal for my purpose, I am giving it 5 stars.

Missing items! I SPECIFICALLY bought THIS ladder because it had HOOKS & a STABILIZER BAR. I got NEITHER! Neither did I get the Anti-Slip Foot Covers.. Nor any instructions, nor information about how to contact Lifetime Technical Support. There was no paper. No Info. No promised accessories. ONLY the ladder with a strap inside an unsealed plastic bag was in the box. From product description (and pics): YOU WILL GET: 1* Ladder, 1* Stabilizer Bar, 1* Anti-slip Foot Cover, 2* Hooks and Lifetime Technical Support. We support quick reply and effective solution to any problems buyers encounter. -------------- BTW, the strap should have been buckled before putting it in the box shipped. I opened the box and feet side are up, I pulled to lift the own out and instead the rings started snapping into place, growing the ladder. Snapping closed & tightening down the strap would have prevented this. Customer consideration, basic expectations, and common sense would have buckled the ladder closed during packaging. So I made for an awkward first encounter. -- POSSIBLY this was an open box shipment by mistake??? And that's why it was missing parts and info? And why the strap was assembled, but not a minute taken to buckle it? ------------------- Interestingly, the steps do not lock in the closed position. They are free to slide up & down unless locked into place in the open positron. The only other way to keep them from sliding is to use the strap. On the upside, this is out easy to open the window to you desired height. Once you experiment to see how the buttons work, it's also easy to collapse the ladder when you're done. ---- There isa plastic grip under the bottom rung for carrying the ladder. Basically, keep the strap buckled, hand under the bottom step, top step kind of under your armpit, like in the pic. In this way, it's not awkward, or too heavy. ---------------- I haven't actually used the ladder because I NEED THE MISSING PARTS!! I NEEDED This ladder TODAY! Now I'll be unable to do needed repairs for a few weeks. PLEASE SEND MISSING PARTS (but they'll need to be sent to different address). I've needed this ladder for so long, I don't want to return it or start over. I have it, want to love it, want to USE it! I'll put 2** for now. If I get parts & ladder works out, OFC, I'll update to 5***** Otherwise, I'll reduce to 1* and return the ladder. Hopefully contact info is in the listing above (doubt it)? How can I even contact the company to get my missing parts? Or make good on their advertised "Lifetime Technical Support", should I ever, oddly, need it?!! PLEASE CONTACT ME A SAP!! ------ Keep in mind, I haven't actually used the ladder, because I'm missing parts that i need for here, but my preliminary experience, gives the impression that it'll be easy to operate & move around. (12.5 ft, 22lb version).

Pretty solid ladder. Read directions on how to use ls a must for practical and humorous reasons. Only concern is the flat round ladder feet and round vertical stiles can make ladder a little unable.
