To use the ladder safely, you must start extending the ladder from the bottom-most rung up. So to get the ladder to full height, you must be as tall as the length of the ladder. If you try to extend the ladder starting from the top rung, and you do not extend all the rungs (if you do not extend to full height), you put yourself into an unsafe condition. In this condition, the bottom-most rung that has been extended will give in when you stand on it and it tries to telescope into the lower rung. The other rungs do the same in sequence creating a very unsafe situation. It is amazing that this design has passed the design review committee of the manufacturer. I am wondering if they did not try to actually operate the ladder before releasing it for production.

No visible way to install hooks. The hooks arrived detached from the ladder. There is no way to attach these hooks to the ladder. And nothing in the instructions about how to install the hooks. I reached out to the vendor through the Amazon process. Waiting to hear their reply. Very frustrating!

I purchased this ladder for conveniency and storage capability, but it was very hard for me to pull the ladder and get it to stand straight something like this technology should be easy to operate, but unfortunately it is not. I will have to return it.
