I've been using this ladder for inspections and I really like it!!! I love the compactness and ability to easily transport this in a car of SUV verses a ladder hanging out the back of a pickup truck. I've been to the top of it and it does feel a little shaky but then again, I'm 280lbs and I'm up in the air 14/15ft. (but I also hate heights!!!). We'll see how long the hook & loop strap lasts but at this point, overall, I'd buy it again because it fits my needs perfectly!! I'll follow up with some photos and additional feedback with more use.

Watch your fingers! Although the warnings are clear and repeated, this design will take your fingers if you collapse it without paying attention. There are other designs that allow finger room, more expensive - this one does not. With that warning, this is a great product, easy to use, sturdy, well put-together. I bought it for a one-time roof inspection, but have pulled it out repeatedly for other projects. Paid for itself already! Tiny storage footprint means that even apartment dwellers can have a ladder.

I had roof problems on an RV trip. Ordered this ladder from Amazon, had it delivered to the state park we were at, and it helped save the day. Super sturdy considering it collapse way down, what a space saver!

I don't know if I'll ever use it at it's full, 16-foot height. But this is a fantastic ladder! It has a lot of flex to it, so be careful, but for what I need (a portable, compact ladder) this is beyond my expectations! Beware of finger pinching. Follow the instructions and don't let anyone use this who hasn't been trained. The weight of the collapsing ladder could break bones as the ladder rungs slam together. Just be careful. I'm certain this ladder will give me years of great use! (one more thing. I would imagine you don't want to get this ladder dirty. The way it slides together looks like dirt and grime could really bung things up.) I love this ladder!

I used stair only for one day. I followed all safety precautions and checked all the steps locks. I am 140 pounds and at full extension, stair moves a lot and it doesn’t feel sturdy. While I was painting, one step collapsed and stair started sliding down. I felt from 10 feet, hurt shoulder and wrist. I feel lucky nothing more serious happened. Please note that Amazon stated that they are just 3rd party seller and take no responsibility. It doesn’t appear they check products. I would not recommend this product and I wouldn’t recommend using any safety products from seller that doesn’t stand by safety.

I used this 5x and I didnt ready any instructions, I'm one of those guys. And it worked using common sense. As a landlord, this makes my job easier. This ladder is easy to travel with and extend as well as detract. I was initially concerned with it holding my weight 190 lbs. and it was sturdier than my Gorilla flex ladder. I will say that someone inexperienced with how adjustable ladder work and risk, they can be dangerous. For example, the way the ladder detract can injury your fingers if they are bet/w the ladders while collapsing. Again use common sense here folks. This ladder worked best for me to reach my roof latch with minimal space for a regular ladder on third floor. Was easy to carry up stairs and set up. No worrying about breaking windows or dropping tenant items in their patio since it is easy to carry when collapsed and light weight.

The steps lifts easily and collapses easy too. Portable to transport in car and car around. Locks into place with ease. I use for easy access to two-story roof tops at times, also used around house setting up cameras and replacing batteries instead of pulling out A frame ladder.
