The media could not be loaded. Very glad I decided to give one of these Rengue Telescoping Ladders a try. Compact, light weight, allows you to put it almost anywhere, trunk of car or even in back seat. Doesn't need a lot of starage space or racks.

I have many children and we live in a 2 story house with all the bedrooms on the second floor. I purchased this as a backup safety in case of fire for my kids. It's easy to open and locks once it's opened completely. Though not created for my purposes it is compact and fits in a nearby closet. It's also great for reaching ceilings while painting and changing higher air filters. Overall, I like it and I have peace of mind, though I hope it is never needed for that.

It it too unstable! It is too weak for even 180 lbs. I don't trust this ladder! I am cutting my losses and throwing it in the garbage. The media could not be loaded. Was very easy to read the directions. Set it up initially and only took a couple minutes and we extended it up and it worked perfectly. We are happy as it can fit into our vehicle and it doesn't take up a lot of storage. Perfect for people that may live in an apartment or have limited space. Great value for the money!
