Used this ladder instead of my heavy aluminum 14 ft. folding one for putting up Christmas lights this year. I have to say I was slightly worried looking at the rung locking mechanisms but it has indicators to let you know if its locked in place. I'm about 180lbs and was very sturdy. The media could not be loaded. I expected this ladder to arrive in a bigger packaging but to my surprise, these have small dimensions when folded. Overall I am happy with the functionality. It has great build quality & these are not very heavy. I got this for various needs in the home when we need height for reachability & it works great. Recommended product. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Ladder works well & can hold a good amount of weight - Extremely good build quality overall. Durable and should last for years - Folds into a 34inch ladder and is easy to store in the corner. I could sneak this next to the dryer in the laundry area. While it can be expanded up to 12.5 feet when needed - Has a very good weight capacity of 330lbs - Ladder hold firmly on the floor without any wobble. Steps foot has a non-slip cover & great for that extra safety factor - Very easy to open/close and hence very usable - Safety lock is a nice feature in these & easy to use. On extending the steps, it even locks by itself - It is lightweight overall for such a category of products. I have owned heavier ladders in the past - They bundle a carry bag & work gloves in the package. Kudos for that Cons: - Price might be a concerning factor for many but if you can afford then go for it ... show more

This ladder is nice. It’s lightweight and small when collapsed. I can carry it with one arm and bring it with me everywhere. There are two switches on each level, allowing me to customize the height. I recommend exhausting the lower thicker steps before expanding the smaller ones. You’ll want the thicker part to support more of the weight. Im around 155lbs and I used it to get on my roof with ease. Pretty stable ladder. The ladder didn’t require any assembled. It came as a whole in the collapsed form. I do recommend reading their safety guidelines thought. You don’t want to clip your fingers. It’s actually pretty straightforward, when you release the latches, the top level will fall down, sliding into the lower section. It came with some gloves and a nice cover for it. There’s a hole in the cover, which allows you to carry the ladder around without taking it out. Pretty smart design. Overall I’m really happy with it, especially the size and weight when collapsed. It’s easy to maneuver around. Good ladder for regular DIYers. ... show more

Timely delivery. Easy to extend and retract, feels strong, feels stable. Not to heavy but not very light either. Used this to put clips for roof lights around the home. Now my go to ladder becoz very easy to carry. One thing, be careful when you retract the ladder, the general design of these types of ladder is such that retracting when holding them upright demands attention. It performs as advertised. I bought it for occaisional use doing outside work on a one story home with 10 foot ceilings. I weigh 210 and there is some flex. I compensate by leaning it no less than 65-70 degrees.

I have 10 feet fiberglass step ladders but there are times when I need longer than 10 feet ladder and step ladders are bulky and takes up too much space on the ground so this 15.5 feet telescoping extension ladder was perfect solution for my need. It came in one piece inside a box along with a pair of glove and a storage bag, which I thought was cool. I never had a ladder that had a storage bag but I guess it makes sense since this telescoping ladder can be retracted to much smaller in size then stored away inside the bag. The storage bag itself is also well designed with a shoulder strap and a place to lift and hold the ladder by hand. It fits and houses the ladder perfectly. The ladder is a bit heavy but I would rather have heavy duty ladder than flimsy one, especially when I'm relying on this to climb up high. It was easy to extend the telescoping ladder by simply pulling up each section, which automatically locks itself with the latches. It's very easy and quick to extend the ladder when needed. I actually extended the ladder 100% to 15.5 feet on my backyard so I can change the flood light bulb and I felt comfortable and safe to climb up to the 5th highest steps from the top. Retracting the ladder was not as easy as telescoping it because of its weight. You just have to push both latches inwards for each section and it will automatically slide down but you just have to be careful that your hands are not in the way since it is heavy and it can come down rather quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with this telescoping ladder and I think it will last me life time. I love the fact that this doesn't take up one side of my garage like my 10 feet step ladder does. Highly recommend this telescoping ladder if you occasionally need extension ladder and if the storage space is important factor when not in use.
