The widened feet provide excellent stability. The material is thick, solid and reliable. Its multi-functionality enables it to be used not only as a ladder but also as a pad to walk on goods boxes in the warehouse. The two mobile auxiliary rollers also make it easy and convenient to move. The telescopic retaining spring of the staircase is easy to use and can be extended to serve as a medium-sized ordinary staircase. This staircase is very suitable for small warehouses. After obtaining it, the old staircase in the warehouse was completely ignored. Everyone loves this staircase very much.

The ladder is light weight and easy to handle. It was a little difficult to open the first time but that's probably because there were no instructions included in the box. I did find instructions on a label on the side of the ladder which I needed a magnifying glass to read sideways. It was easy enough to extend however due to a dented side frame it was difficult to get the U-joint lock into place. I believe the U-joint lock is bent as well so it doesn't turn or slide into the ladder rung very easily. The packaging was less than desirable as it had a piece of cardboard taped to the outside of the original damaged carton. Needless to say I have returned to Amazon and asked for a replacement. We'll see if the next one is any better and adjust my review.

I’m very happy with this ladder for home use. It feels sturdy and well-made, yet it’s lightweight enough to carry around easily. The steps are wide and comfortable to stand on, and it folds smoothly for storage. It’s perfect for reaching high shelves, doing small repairs, or other everyday tasks at home. Great quality and very practical!

It’s light, easy to move, and perfect for quick jobs. Especially it’s included roller. When you use it, make sure it extends at least 3 feet longer than the height you need to reach. This folded height is perfect fit for my indoor closed to ceiling. For extended height is good for my highest roof as well. Definitely recommended.
