The caps on the top of the ladder can come off, as I found out. I hot glued them back on. They seem just cosmetic. But great ladder. Feels sturdy. Easy to set up and collapse.

    • Tabs broke the first day! Not a good product.

Two tabs broke the first time I used it. I was disappointed. It comes with extra tabs, but I misplaced them... not thinking I would need them so quickly. Definitely not a ladder that can take heavy usage. Spend a little more and buy better quality.
