I loved the way the ladder extended and retracted. Carrying it was quite easy, however the steps were so far apart that I couldn’t lift my feet that high and it was sent back. I’m quite short so if you are normal sized I think you will really like this ladder.

This ladder is so compact and light weight it makes it so easy to transport it anywhere. I bought this ladder because my son passed away recently and unfortunately the location where he is resting is the 2nd to the top in the Mausoleum which made it extremely difficult to place flowers or anything in his area. With this ladder it has made it very easy to reach him. The ladder is a little wobbly when it’s open completely but it definitely doesn’t move due to the rubber bottoms it has. This ladder extends the 12 feet it says it does. The ladder also becomes so compact that it can be place anywhere without taking much room. I definitely would recommend this item to anyone.

Ordered this ladder to enable us to paint the top of wall in a high-ceilinged room where there was not enough room to safely set up a traditional step ladder. It worked well and we have found other uses for it e.g. cleaning out the gutters - again in places where it would be awkward to set up a sufficiently tall step ladder. We appreciate how easy it is to carry around and maneuver as well as how little space it takes up in the garage where we store it.

We love this ladder. It’s very strong. It has a bit of heft to it. The only thing I would change is the rungs could be angled so that an un-shoed climb was a little less unpleasant. When the ladder is leaning against a wall or other surface you end up stepping on the edge of the steps. This is in no way dangerous or anything like that, just hard on my tender feet.

Definitely worth the money, great product, I weigh 210 pounds and it was perfectly sturdy enough for my weight. I use it for the bunk in the semi truck my husband drives. The rungs are a bit hard on bare feet so it definitely needs padding on the rungs, other than that a great product. Easy to telescope up and down, very smooth to operate. Would definitely recommend.
