Great unit! I have already recommended this to multiple people. We had this installed and cooling our garage in about 2.5 hours. It is quiet you can’t even hear it running. It took about 20 minutes and you could tell a noticeable difference in temperature In our garage. Living in north east Texas summers are brutal and makes it hard to even work in the garage when needed. This has mad all difference for us. ... show more

Edit: They sent part of the order. When I tried to get the other part I was told I had to return it and order a whole new unit. They Shipped out the other unit and gave me a small refund for the inconvenience. The unit works perfectly! For being the Cheapest unit on Amazon the quality was phenomenal! The clips for the auger come loose and it rattles. but a little super glue and problem solved! Outdoor unit is very Quiet! indoor unit is not bad noise wise. I live in Florida and was worried about it only being a 12,000 BTU. but it was enough to do what i needed. i used it for a mother in-law suite. cools it perfectly. it is a small 2 room and a bathroom. the main room gets cold, the kitchen gets very cool. ... show more

They delivered us a defective a/c with an indoor unit with leaking gas. They made us return and pay for it, and only offer us to get another one after we find out about the label that is not prepaid by seller and refuse to pay for that heavy crap. The phone number to contact seller is fake, and we have to contact amazon support in order to get in touch with them. Just return it, not worth tor another trial since its already cost us paying the handiman to come install and remove it and finally have to find place to dispose it! ... show more

I ordered this. When I had it installed the outside unit was not working. I contacted the company they replaced it without issue. Once I received the new outdoor unit I had it hooked up. And now it works fantastic. This company is very honest and customer friendly.

Has zero no brand name on it i love it! Lol installed in about an hour comes with literally everything you need minis conduit and a breaker. Blowing ice cold air its a fantastic unit so far and insanely quite I think its quieter than my expensive name brand mini split
