This item is great to keep the chill off. It’s warm but not hot. Even on the high setting it’s just warm enough but doesn’t heat in the way a heating pad would. Overall, I would buy again. Very soft and great to throw on the bed or couch. Could also be used for an animal. The auto shut off is annoying but not a deal breaker.

I bought this blanket for my mother for a Christmas gift and I was more than pleased in how often she uses it! My mother is retired but still very active and on her feet so when she relaxes and unwinds, the Tefici heated blanket is her go to. She loves the heating controller features how easy it is to cycle through the stages of different heating options. She finds it very easy to use for a woman her age. She also loves the sleek softness of the material of the blanket as it reminds her of our dog whom is no longer with us. I’m happy with this purchase and seeing my mother smile every time she uses her heated blanket makes my day!

This blanket was great - very soft, good coverage, nice heat options...until I washed it. There are instructions to wash and it worked once after the wash and now doesn't. I'm cold again. Edit: after this review was seen by the seller they reached out and sent me a working replacement! Very happy with the product as is but probably will find a different way to clean it.

I bought two of these, and while they do differ in fabric feel/heating I like them both and they work great. The plain solid color blanket feels slightly thicker than the deer pattern blanket- it’s harder to feel the wires inside and therefore it doesn’t feel as hot on the highest setting due to the extra plush material. The deer pattern blanket wires are much more noticeable, and you can really feel the heat coming from them. It feels way warmer. Haven’t had any safety issues with either item and the four hour auto timer works. Great little throws for the winter. My senior dogs love them too.

I hate using my home heater at night so I’ve been using this blanket and have been actually sleeping on top of it and it is so amazing! I keep it on the low setting but it can get so so warm!

Heading in to my second winter season using this blanket. Other electric blankets and throws I bought in the past lasted for only a few months then they stopped working. This one is still working. Unfortunately, there are areas on the blanket that don't heat up. But the ones that do, get nice and hot after about 10 minutes. Love using this blanket while sitting on the couch watching tv. The fabric is real soft and comfy. Way better than the sherpa-lined ones. Can't stand those. Overall, I'd say this is a very good, affordable electric blanket throw.
