One of the things I love most about this whitening strip is how easy it is to use—no complicated steps at all! Just peel the strip off the plastic sheet, stick it on your upper or lower teeth, press it gently to make sure it’s firmly attached, and leave it on for 20-30 minutes (I usually do 30 minutes for better results). After that, peel it off, rinse your mouth with water, and you’re done. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and apply, which is perfect for my busy schedule. As for interfering with daily life—absolutely not! The strips stick really well, so you can talk, work, watch TV, or even reply to emails while wearing them. I usually wear them while I’m making breakfast in the morning or watching a show at night.
