I drink a lot of coffee during the week, especially after dropping the kids off at school and starting work at home. After a while I noticed my teeth looking a little darker, so I started using this whitening pen a few times during the week. Compared to whitening strips, this feels much easier to deal with. I do not have to sit there waiting with strips sliding around in my mouth. With this pen I just brush the gel on and move on with the rest of the night. I usually use it after brushing my teeth before bed. The mint taste is light and not too strong. A few days ago my daughter asked if I changed toothpaste because she thought my teeth looked brighter in a recent family picture. The biggest thing for me is that my teeth still feel comfortable afterward. The pens are also small enough to keep in different places, so I leave one in the bathroom and one in my truck. For someone who drinks coffee every day, this has been an easy routine to keep up with.
