I contacted my dentist to ask about a safe way to whiten my teeth. They recommended Opalescence Go so I bought the bundle with the toothpaste. It was a fifth of the cost of professional whitening, but a little more than other brands like Crest or Colgate. I am very happy with the results with a significant visual improvement (feedback from others) in just three applications of 15 minutes each. It is not terribly comfortable, but tolerable and worth it for the results. I recommend getting all your night time activities done except for brushing and doing this last before bed. I think you will find this product safe and effective too.

I think I received an out of date product, even though it shows an expiration date of 12/31/2025. The whitening gel does not lift off the trays when inserted like it's supposed to do. I always get one free set of trays from my dentist of the same product , and it easily applies as it should. I didn't use these every day, but every few weeks when I felt like my teeth weren't looking bright. Results were okay.
