The kit is super easy to use, it’s also really fast to apply. They don’t even mention this but they give two complimentary whitening strips that are convenient to use, especially since i have sensitive teeth and normally can’t use them but these ones are fine. With the entire kit, i’d say my teeth have gotten 5 or 6 shades whiter within a week.

This product needs more specific instructions imo I found clearer instructions on another similar product. Applying this to DRY teeth IS important bc it allows the product to adhere better so make sure your teeth are dry. So blot with a tissue right before inserting into your mouth Next when using the precision application pen. 1-2 clicks of hydrogen peroxide serum is enough to whiten up to 4 teeth. Use the pen like at the wall of retainer. And point the retainer towards the ground

Cold light whitening is zero irritation! The carbon peroxide formula dissolves in water, and 4 pens are enough for the entire course of treatment. The tooth enamel does not feel sore at all, coffee stains are visibly lightened, and there is no discomfort to the gums throughout the whole process!
