My husband and I love the FreeStep. It is comfortable, easy to use and silent (love how quiet it is). It is easy to change the resistance level and the arm placement....just a very easy piece of equipment to use! We each use it 4 times a week and we definitely have noticed an improvement in our strength. We actually enjoy working out on the FreeStep and don't dread using it like some other types of workout equipment we have had in the past.
