The media could not be loaded. After reading the reviews and people stating that there weren't a lot of bubbles, I went with the large size for my 10 gallon tank. I wish now I would have gotten the smaller size. The only adjustment I made was to push the air stone further down into the tube inside of his head and the bubbles are crazy. This air bubbler is garbage. The eye fell off in less than a week. The most irritating thing to me is the hose attaches to the side of Groot instead of the back.
