This portable air conditioner is very nice and easy to install. It also doubles as a dehumidifier, which is amazing! Once it is plugged into the socket, it will automatically show you the temperature of your house. You can always adjust the temperature to how you like and set a timer for it. A remote control is also included, which makes it convenient to control from your bed. I bought this for my son because he is always complaining about how hot it is in his room, but with this air conditioner, he will never say that his room is too hot again because it cools his room really fast, which is why I highly recommend this product.

I bought this planning to use it temporarily for AC, but primarily as a dehumidifier. The AC worked fine for a couple weeks, then suddenly it switched off because the water pan was full. It wasn’t set to dehumidifier function, which was confusing. I drained it from the lower plug, turned it back on, then it was full again in 3 minutes. This is now the new normal. I have to drain it every few minutes while on the AC function. I tried using the drainage hose on the upper plug for continuous drainage (on the dehumidifier setting) but it still stops and needs draining from the lower plug every few minutes. Overall issues here: 1) It shouldn’t need draining at all when functioning as AC. 2) The continuous drainage doesn’t appear to work on any setting. I would return it if that wasn’t such a huge hassle (I didn’t keep the box and there is no way I can lug this thing to the post office for shipping). Do not recommend

It cools great, but even on AC setting it generates almost a gallon of water every 3 hours, and must be drained or it will stop working.

Just got this AC unit and installed it right after it arrived. I'm really happy with it! Setting it up was super easy—I had it running in no time. It cools down my space quickly. What’s really cool is that it is also a dehumidifier and a fan. The sleep mode is super good. It’s surprisingly quiet. I would hope it has more fan settings as there is only low and high options. Overall, I definitely recommend this portable AC if you want something easy to install and effective at keeping cool!

Bought this back in May 22, 2025. It's September 24, 2025 and it just stopped working. It just shut off and when I turned it back on it wouldn't blow out any air on the cool setting. I turned the fan on it to see if that would work and nope didn't work. I unplugged it and let it sit for the whole night. Next morning plugged it in same thing everything lights up but the motor,fan or whatever makes the machine run is not working. Honestly I'm just disappointed it's only been 4 months and it didn't even make it through all of the heat. I'd advise anyone if you do buy this get a warranty.
