Poor instructions, ok-ish build quality, basically functional
Size: 18U/23.6in Depth/Mesh Door
It's ok. The setup instructions are *terrible* and vague, with hard to see diagrams (and asymmetrical bits that you can easily assemble wrong, and then have to redo later when you realize). I'm not sure the fan is achieving anything useful. The door isn't sitting completely flush - it's visibly slanted downwards, despite checking and attempting to adjust everything on it. The "locks" are laughable - I believe they're the kinds of locks that just have universal keys, and it's irrelevant anyway, because you can easily just unscrew the back panel within a few seconds and remove everything - the locks sorta function as security theater. That said, it's doing what we need it for - it's functional, and we can mount stuff in it.

Okay but not that great.
Size: 18U/23.6in Depth/Mesh Door
Avoid this brand and this particular server rack. I've had nothing but issues after issues with it. To start, the package was absolutely destroyed in delivery. The box was ripped open and it required us to open it outside because of how badly damaged the package was (we couldn't even pick it up without the fear of parts spilling out). During the installation I thought it seemed very straight forward (as I've put many server racks together before) but there were many issues that I hadn't faced before. Here were my issues: - Screw alignment was off on many of the panels - Most parts were bent or warped in someway making installation a hassle - Screws for the main chassis took an act of god to screw in - you have to hand torque it because even a power drill couldn't screw them in - Instructions are basically just 9 pictures with no words and you have to figure out which part goes where by guessing After getting to the 4th step where you have to put the top on, I found out that the top was badly damaged and warped. There was no fixing it. I had to go through 4 different representatives to fix the issue of getting a new part, which was just them sending out a whole new unit for me to strip parts from that work with the ones that didn't. The top wasn't the only broken part as one of the side-panels spring loaded clips were also broken. Thank goodness for the second unit they sent because I would have had to have done it a 3rd time. While the unit is heavy and seems sturdy it is by no means quality... it feels cheap. There's no way to close the door without locking the unit and if you want to access the back panel you physically have to unscrew 6 screws to get in the back. The design of this unit is poor and if I could return it I would. It would have been smarter if they added a 2nd door for the back that you could easily open and close to access hardware wires but that doesn't exist on this unit. Overall this unit doesn't have any redeeming factors and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I would have been even more upset if this unit was over $500 because as is, it's probably worth more like $100. My advice is to stay as far away from this unit as possible.

Good enough, better on floor/table, but not great on wall.
Size: 18U/23.6in Depth/Mesh Door
Great so far and fits well. The only item I see an issue with is the wall mounting method is not sufficient for the weight of the rack and devices. I put on wall but it sagged enough with only one 2u device installed that the doors were misaligned on sides. I braces with a couple pieces of small 2x4 under to keep it level. I only have it mounted 5” above a surface so this wasn’t a huge deal for my setup but may be a no-go for others. It was fairly easy to setup (although instructions are very limited/not good, it was not super illogical of a task). I’m happy so far but again it’s not perfect but it fits my needs.

Ok quality, zero customer service
Size: 18U/23.6in Depth/Mesh Door
Good quality, but probably too heavy for wall-mounting. I can only give 2 stars max because customer service is non-existent. Emailed them to ask a question about the product. Never once heard back from them. Good luck if you actually need tech support or warranty support. For a product with such high profit margin, I expect at least some minimal customer support.
