I just got this tablet today to replace the one I've been using for a few years now, mainly to upgrade to the latest Android 14 operating system. I just updated my phone too. Setup was very easy since my new phone also runs Android 14. But I just found out that this tablet doesn't support the Instagram app. That's one of the apps I use alot on my old tablet. But I'm not going to return this just for that one issue. Hence the 4 stars. Update: Customer support contacted me and told me how to get Instagram installed on my tablet. They were very helpful and solved my problem. Here's what they told me to do: Here are the steps: 1. Right-click and long-press Play Store on the desktop homepage, and select App info; 2. Select Storage&cache; 3. After clicking Clear storage, exit and return to the desktop; 4. Reopen Play Store; 5. Enter Instagram query in the search bar; 6. Select Instagram and download and install I think this should work with other apps too.

it is a nice tablet, BUT..... it wont connect to my cell network, new SIM card was used, then i tried the new SIM card in my current phone (it worked perfectly).... tried several possible solutions with carrier network that did not resolve the problem. waiting on replacement tablet, otherwise the wi-fi worked and it seemed to run fine, i just need cell service for field work.

I use it for reading lyrics at gigs and the screen goes to sleep after15mins or so.. otherwise nice size screen battery stays charged
