Was looking forward to this purchase. Unfortunately, the CD player started skipping and stalling after only 2 uses. The turntable is very wobbly, but it did sound pretty good and played my vinyl okay. Was very disappointed and ended up returning it after very limited use.

This is a great addition to my living room. It has the turntable, as well as radio and CD player. I'm not a hi-fi audiophile, so this unit does fine for me. One of the prime features of this is the speed adjust knob for the turntable. My previous unit did not have one, and it played records too fast. This unit also played records too fast when it first arrived, but using the knob and strobe, I was able to adjust the speed easily. ... show more

I bought this item as an upgrade to my previous turntable sound system. I also bought the upgraded needles. I'm satisfied. The sound is much fuller. The turntable and the CD player have clear stereo sound. The tuner is disappointing. It only picks up the stronger stations and there is no FM Stereo. The tuner dial is not lit and the station indicator is very hard to see. The speakers have decent sound for their size but the connecting wires are short. In general I am pleased, however this is not a good unit for kids or heavy handed folks, it is lightweight and will probably break if not handled carefully. ... show more

Receive in 2 days. Easy to set up. Just connected the speakers and the dust cover and it was ready to go. Looks great, better then the picture. I have purchased many units and this on is actually full size. You can play your 33 rpm albums with the lid close. All contained under the lid. All functions seems to be working fine. Sound quality is good. Sound volume is decent for the money. Real retro look and a eye catcher. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. Will let you know if any problem in the futur. ... show more

This stereo has fair sound quality at best and the turntable stopped working after playing only a few albums. Very disappointing.

Turn table could not turn the correct speed. Made all records sound like the chipmunks. The arm stopped before the end of the selections and returned to the arm rest. Neither the Bass or Treble knobs made any difference in tones. I would like exchange this one for one that works properly.

The speakers sounded great, but mine came with a cracked dust collector top, and the sound dials on the front did not work. the plastic over the front panel was loose, so that if you tapped it, you could hear ticking and feel it moving. The CD and radio worked well enough. I ended up returning it.
