Purchased this Computer in October 2024 for my son’s 10th birthday. My son is really into gaming and I joke around he is our own in house tech guy. At first this computer worked out great and he was very excited to jump into the world of PC gaming but just after a few months things started breaking. In Feb 2025 just 4 months after purchasing the computer wouldn’t turn on at all. I took it to our local repair shop and when they plugged it in the cord started smoking. I was so embarrassed. Turns out the computer just needed a new power cord it was a quick easy and inexpensive fix. All was well but I was nervous about the smoking thing so I made sure the computer never stayed on when he wasn’t on it. Then in June 2025 we got the blue screen of death and when we went into the bios the error code we kept getting was no operating system found. We did some googling and tried to nail down the cause of this error on our own but after a few weeks I took the computer back to the repair shop. They determined it needed a new hard drive so after purchasing the hard drive and having them replace it which took time and especially $$$ I didn’t have. The computer seemed to be working great but fast forward to 10-6-25 The computer started beeping and turning itself on and off on it’s own. At this point my son was over this computer and didn’t want it anymore. I also decided we invested too much money into this device to continue using it. I gave the review 1 star because when the computer worked it worked fine and my son was able to play his PC games. Please avoid purchasing this computer and from the company. I reached out to the seller regarding the PC issues to ask if they could do anything because I think we were sold a lemon device and I was met with a statement basically saying it’s been over 30 days so nothing could be done. ... show more

The computer itself seems to be good for the money, however there is no Bluetooth so you’ll have to buy a Bluetooth adapter. Also the storage is supposed to be 512gb but is 472gb. Other than that the computer seems to work well. Updated**** After having this PC for about 4 months, I can say it still runs great. However, I would recommend ordering a better WiFi adapter. I’ve had problems with my computer disconnecting from the internet randomly. I bought this computer to run the Sims 4 on high settings smoothly. I have the sims 4 with every DLC and 35+gb of Custom Content, and this computer runs my sims game very well. However I think I tried playing a game called “ the plague”, The game was very graphics intensive and my computer didn’t run it well. ***(1year Update) I bought this computer in September 2024. It is now January 2026. I still have this computer and it still runs great I have no problems with the power cord and it still runs fast. Obviously the Wi-Fi adapter was a problem that is easily fixed by buying one on Amazon, they’re cheap. The only issue I have with this computer now is that when I bought it, it came with Windows 10; I see now that they’re selling it with Windows 11, but because my computer was refurbished and it was using I7 core it was incompatible with Windows 11, so I’m not able to upgrade my computer to Windows 11. That’s really the only issue, not that big of a deal to me. I’m only speaking for the past ones that they were selling. I have no idea about the current ones but the one that I bought a year and a half ago works great. ... show more

I am so happy i went with this vendor because it works great and it is amazing with games and they added an extra surprise gift of some nice headphones. Everything works wonderful all the lights work on everything and it runs super fast and i haven't had 1 problem yet. I ABSOLUTELYLOVE THIS PC AND I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS VENDOR!! UPDATE: I am so sad to say that I am no longer able to use the tower because it keeps burning up the power cord because the plug doesn’t plug all the way in the back of the tower it’s always been like that and I didn’t think anything of it but it recently started to burn up the cords it’s burned through 3 power cords so far. I’m am extremely sad and disappointed that this has happened because I really loved this PC and had high hopes for it and I really don’t know what to do now I lost $400 ... show more

I returned this system with noissues at all. Great customer service. The only reason I sent it back for a refund was because I needed more storage and a graphics card. It was shipped to me so neat and protected. If you are a serious gamer this system is not for you, but if you enjoy just roblox or you enjoy playing games downloaded from Google play then this system would be perfect. I’m giving this 2 stars because everything looks aesthetically pleasing when set up. However, once everything was connected to power, it would not connect to an internet source. It just kept spinning and attempting to load on the HP logo screen for hours on end. My husband had to Google, Gemini, and YouTube troubleshooting options to no avail. Please explore and consider purchasing items separately for your gaming set up, like investing in a really good CPU first, and obtaining your accessories separate as well. I think this PC as well as others similar may not be the best idea for longevity. This was almost $600 wasted. Note: Be careful of the 20% restocking fee also. They basically say, in so many words, not to bad mouth the product, because if they get it back, test it, and it works, they will deduct 20% of your refund. ... show more
