Overall the fountain looks and performed as promised. It was very pretty. I ultimately needed to return it because I wanted two things this fountain couldn’t give: 1. I wanted to hear the water trickling but the water was very quite with this fountain. I will say I was able to get the water trickling sound when I added some larger sized rocks in strategic places on the fountain to manipulate the stream of water so at least that wasn’t such a big deal. 2. The pump was too loud for me. I wanted to relax or fall asleep to the trickling water sound but all I could hear was the pump buzzing. It’s not terribly loud in all fairness so if you just want this fountain for the esthetics and not for relaxation or sleep purposes, I would say this is a great value and worth the purchase. But I’ll be returning mine because I can’t relax with the pump being as loud as it is.

Looked as pictured and all parts were included. My disappointment is that the pump is at highest setting and just a little of a trickle comes out. Therefore pump is louder than the tiny trickles of water which defeats the purpose of getting one of these. Customer service is a disappoint. You call them and you get a recording saying they'll call you back next 24 hours and you just get a message beep. Further they gave customer support email for contact and that address is no good. What kind of company did I buy from? Anyway contacted seller to see if I could get a replacement or a live person to help me troubleshoot. It could have been a great fountain if water ran properly.

Fountain is easy to assemble. I added seaglass to mine instead of the pebbles that come with. It looks great. My only complaint would be the noise level. I bought it for a calming affect/to listen to the water. However, the motor running is a little loud for my liking!
