Ok so I have an Asus G15 Advantage edition and got this RAM to upgrade the one it came with. OEM RAM ran at 3200mhz, 1.2V no problem. But this RAM only runs at 2667mhz CL19 at 1.2V. Since there's no way to force it to run faster I'm stuck with 2667mhz RAM. My BIOS doesn't have XMP. As the other reviewers point out you have to have XMP to overclock this RAM at 1.35V in order to get the advertised 3200mhz. The capacity increase is great however. Can run more of my apps, smoothly. Games run smoother also. Update: returning this RAM. Even this is bad. Cheap red Zeus label/sticker peels off and gets stuck to thermal paper inside laptop....... Can't recover sticker because it's completely stuck. Ugh. ... show more

I received my memory cards today and I was eager to install it to my MSI Workstation, So I removed everything as usual (power cord and battery first) then proceeded to remove all screws and cables, the ram was on the other side of the motherboard., finally I removed my old 8gb samsung card and replaced it with these two. I got everything connected and closed everything, turn my Laptop around and pressed the power button, black screen.... I waited and nothing, I thought I might have messed up the screen connection so I removed the cover and checked, it was ok. Then it must be the RAM, so I removed both the ram cards and connected my usual one, tested and it worked as usual. I removed my old ram and installed just one of the cards and it worked.. So far 16gb are working. I removed that working card and replaced for the other... blank screen... I removed that one and installed the old one and the working one, it worked... Now I know it must be a bad memory card, I was ready to just return it but had a feeling that it might have been my system that has not recognized the card correcty, so I checked bios and both my 16gb card and 8gb card were being recognized in the correct DIMM. Finally I decided to switch the working 16gb card to the port where the other one had failed but the 8gb didn't, and installed the non working one in the first port where the last one had worked.. And low and behold, the system started and when I booted bios, it recognized everything. I don't know what happened but thank god it worked, might have been my system that had trouble working out the 32gb but in the end it worked. I will update if anything goes wrong but I'm sure it will work as promised. Sorry for the long review. ... show more

I have a Msi raider ge63 9se and initially these were 2666mhz but i went to the bios and unlocked the secret bios settings by holding right shift, right ctrl, left alt f2 or f1 (cant remember lol) and went to the memory overclocking section and noticed that when changing memory profiles there is now a NEW XMP PROFILE that was never there. when i choose it it overclocks to 1.35v and boots. doubled checked the speeds and is accurate. ... show more

Cerciórese antes de comprar que su portátil tiene perfil XMP en la BIOS es la única forma de que esta alcance el máximo rendimiento. Falta información de este tipo en la pagina de Amazon lo que puede inducirlo a un error y realizar una compra que puede lamentar, por eso mi calificación.

I pulled this memory module out of the Acer Aspire 3 A315-56-594W laptop I'd originally upgraded. I have it now installed in my new HP 15e2000 laptop with a Ryzen 5 processor; (the Acer has a Core i5.) This HP laptop had 8GB (2x4GB) of DDR4 RAM (DDR4-1333) which has a common latency profile of 19 (CL19) @ 1333MHz, which the TeamGroup module also has; (making the "mixed" memory compatible and functional.) I want to maximize the OC frequency of RAM in this HP, (something I couldn't do with the Acer since, it has 4GB of (PC-24000) DDR4 RAM fixed (non-removable) on the motherboard. The Ryzen 5 5500U CPU on this HP can handle the XMP performance capability of the TeamGroup RAM I've installed but, I need to add another one (just as fast and, with the same low CAS Latency of CL16, in order to get the full benefit of it.) Pricing RAM with the XMP (OC) CL16 @ 3200MHz profile led me right back to the TeamGroup 16GB module I'd bought on here before. So, here I am to buy it again, so that I can get 32GB of gaming fast RAM on this very capable, upper mid-range performance laptop. I'd say that, it's near impossible to beat the price of the TeamGroup 16GB (16GBx1) XMP Gaming fast RAM modules offered here on Amazon. You will be glad with your choice too, as I have been, if you get them for your laptop. (The TeamGroup customer service on here is great too - they can quickly let you know if their memory is compatible with your laptop. If they don't know, they'll tell you so too, as they did with me when I asked if their modules would be compatible with my Acer laptop.) While my laptops are not "gaming laptops," I still want the best possible performance I can get out of them. With TeamGroup NGFF PCIe M.2 SSD drives, and gaming performance level RAM, at near budget level prices, it's hard to go wrong. (Edit note: These RAM modules won't work at the XMP profile of CL16 @3200MHz (equivalent) speed as XMP profiles are not supported on this HP (15-ef2126WM) laptop's BIOS - which is very basic and does not allow for clock profile adjustments.) :*( ... show more

I bought this DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) combo to improve my brand new Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3, that came with a double rank single side DDR4 slower memory (despite being 3200 Mhz); something that has been common in the last laptops with AMD processors. If you look at other sources and reviews, dual rank single side memories are up to 20% slower. But these single rank dual side modules work much better. There are other ram memories in the market, but these are the cheapest and works so fine. I attach all the specs in HWiNFO software. Besides, it's a nice touch the sticker. ... show more

This was an upgrade/replacement of a set of sticks I previously purchased. The previous set was from a higher teir manufacturer that did not clock at the expexted speed (no access to OC for my mobo) and which was causing errors. This set of of RAM clocked as expected out of the box. This RAM resolved all my crashes to deaktop and BSODs. Have been running for weeks and all is working great. ... show more
