This leaf blower really impressed us with its quality and performance. That 63cc motor starts quickly and stays strong. It’s smooth, consistent, and responsive every time. It has more than enough grunt for a typical suburban yard, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use it on larger properties. I’ve used other gas blowers in the past that required a dozen pulls and a whole lot of frustration before they finally sputtered to life. This one fires up with just a couple of pulls. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fuel efficiency. That 63cc engine feels powerful, but it doesn’t drink gas carelessly. I can fill the tank, finish a full cleanup session, and still have fuel leftover. That’s great for saving money and minimizing trips out to refill. It is not as heavy as I was afraid it would be, and the backpack straps feel fine for short jobs, though after a longer time I do feel it on my shoulders a bit. My husband put it together in a short afternoon, easy here, and I watched so I can start it myself now. It usually needs a few pulls to start, then the air comes out well to push leaves, small sticks, and even the thin layer of snow on the car and deck on cold mornings. The noise is there, but not worse than other gas tools in our neighborhood. The plastic parts and hose feel solid so far, and for the price I think it’s a nice helper for daily yard work.
