This model is a few steps above a basic telephone. If you are planning to use this on Visible, you will need to have it unlocked, because it will not accept the Visible SIM. I would recommend just buying an unlocked model, instead of trying to navigate their telephone support. Able to connect to wifi networks, and use wifi calling (I haven't tried this feature). Call quality is good, hotspot feature is good, and text messages are good. Web browser is lacking, so don't plan to make this your main means of accessing anything. ... show more

    • It's a PREPAID phone and will not work with a regular account
I ordered this phone to replace my 80 year old mothers phone. Unfortunately the phone could not be connected with Verizon because the phone is PREPAID phone and I do not have a PREPAID line. No where did it say this in the description.

The phone is well built but you must have an active sim card to move along in the activation process. It would let you go to the home screen without activation first.

    • Simple, easy, and uncomplicated
My husband is completely computer illiterate so we needed a phone that was easy to see, easy to operate, and simply operated. This worked out fine for the price. Numbers are bigger and the navigation is a very short and simple list. Very happy with it.
