My parents are older and can't handle a smartphone but this has nice battery life, nice sound levels and if you just want a phone to make and take calls, this has you covered. My 87 year old father went from a flip phone to an iPhone 12. Needless to say, he wanted to go back to a flip phones a few months later. So I got him this phone. I was able to just switch out the SIM card from the iPhone to this and it worked. Fairly simple to use. The directional pad is a little tuff to navigate because you have to push the very edge of the ring to move around, which is hard for the elderly with shaky fingers. Also, there didn’t appear to be an easy way to transfer contacts from the iPhone to this phone. A lot of phones have a Bluetooth sync function for this, but this one did not seem to have that. When I open the back to give the IDIC number this is when I found out it wasn't a new phone.
