I love this TV so much! It's so pretty on the wall! The matte screen is just beautiful. Everyone thinks it's actually art on the wall & I love that so much. And when using it for a TV, it's got a beautiful picture as well. The anti-glare works very well. We were able to move the TV to a spot we'd never been able to have a TV due to windows & glare. Now I have turned it into my "art wall" & it is so beautiful with all the other art around it! It looks like I have a 55" painting on the wall. Now at 3pm on summer day there's still a lil glare, but bc it's matted you can totally still enjoy watching this TV where we now have it at any time of day. We've had so many other TVs & we've never been able to watch it in the middle of a summer day in the living room, even not in the spot I have this one in. We can easily watch anytime with this TV. OK, about the sound: I believe a ppl said it's got really low sound or something? We must have a newer version bc there's absolutely nothing wrong with the sound. We can hear it perfectly. Now when you're listening to dialog & an action scene comes on, the action is going to be much louder. So it doesn't do that auto sound balance that many TVs do have, which I had grown accustomed to. However we don't even notice now. I'll turn it down & back up sometimes during a movie but you can just leave it up & I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue. But turning the volume doesn't bother me at all. It's not a rich, full audio surround sound system either but you could certainly hook up a sound bar if that's extremely important to you. Installation: i bought the thing you install in the wall behind it here on Amazon as well. ***note: it would be optimal to put the wall insert in the exact place the recessed area is on the back if the TV. I was not thinking about that when I planned out my installation. Do my TV doesn't hand 100% flat. There's abt a quarter inch gap in the wall. I almost took it down & reinstalled the wall insert but my husband talked me out of it. He said I'm the only person in the world who can see it... turns out he's right. 😂 but still, learn from my mistake & do that. *I also remember a lot of the reviews says the screw "pattern" paper that comes with the TV was useless & didn't helo at all. I found that to be 100% untrue. You need to find the size of TV you bought & then fold the paper if needed, mine was the 55" so I believe i needed a fold but it's been almost a year so I dont remember exactly. But this was a huge help! (I actually make my own paper patterns for everything I hand so maybe I'm just more familiar with it.) So the 1 that came in mine worked fabulous & was spot on for the holes. **I do suggest you just search this exact name in YouTube & watch the ppl install it, as well as the cord keeper wall insert, before you install. Then plan your install out, get all your supplies ready & in order prior to install. I had absolutely 0 problems installing. I don't really have any complaints at all, literally I can't think of 1 single issue & ive lived with it everyday for almost a year. I get tons of compliments on the art! You will need the wall insert or it won't be flat. I think mine was $30 or so. But this 1 is well worth the price over the other one (The Frame). I have 0 regrets & saved a few hundred bucks & I'm not mad about that. (Have included a pic of the picture quality.) ... show more

This is an excellent TV, especially given the affordable price point. If you love the look of the Samsung Frame but hate the premium price tag, this is a fantastic alternative that delivers a very similar experience at a fraction of the cost. The included ultra-low-profile mount allows it to sit perfectly flush against the wall just like a real painting. It comes with a robust, built-in art library that looks incredibly realistic on the matte screen. As an amazing bonus, it even includes the additional decorative trim frame in the box at no extra cost, saving you from having to purchase a separate bezel.     • Great budget QLED with solid performance
The price on this TV couldn’t be beat and performs well. This TV has great picture quality, plenty of inputs , and the adjustments made to picture is instant without any delay. The setup was different because you have to sign up for Roku to begin the process but it was pretty straightforward. I felt like the remote control was very simplistic though and felt cheap. The options to adjust things was limited and seemed sort of bare bones to me. Perhaps adequate for anyone not wanting to adjust much but if your looking for a wide range of options of customization there are other tvs on the market that will do Better. I felt the TV is low cost because of some cuts made to options , to the remote and perhaps other things I’ve yet noticed. Sound settings are very limited as well and was a oddity. There is also a light under the TV when off which is rather bright and is nice for a night light if you will: but for some it could be annoying . The TV was super simple to mount after you remove the bolts in the mounting area on back of TV. The TV itself was surprisingly not that heavy compared to my 65”. All in all - this is a great TV with a simplistic approach to its user and it is not making me regret buying the TV. I got what I paid for and that is the performance and quality of QLED with Dolby Vision and other impressive features .. ... show more

    • Amazing color out of box , 75 inch tv
This thing is amazing . Only adjustments I made was to basically adjust the contrast according to the dark living room that we have . Set the zones to high and the Dolby vision to dark room and wow . 4k viewing on YouTube is just unbelievable . Sure more expensive tv's may be brighter than this but that's not necessary in my dark living room . It's lacking in the HDR because of the brightness of the tv I am told but I have never seen the HDR at work with a high end tv . I am really satisfied with the picture I get from this 75 inch tv and watching it in a dark room at night when the screen goes black its is very black and when it goes all white it is very bright . I do see the difference with the 80 or 90 zones this has compared to what I had before . Quantum Dot and the color gamut are also noticeable as I am seeing colors I haven't seen before . At least more accurate colors to my eye . Only negative I have is that I bought it at 1199 and it was maybe 3 weeks later it went for 999 . At 999 if you have a dark room this is a steal for a 75 inch tv . Make sure to order from amazon for the return with no questions just in case . I'm very glad I didn't have to return it .     • Beautiful TV that is a work of art for those a budget.

The TCL NXTVISION is an absolutely beautiful device with very good picture quality for an unbeatable price. As an owner of two Samsung, The Frame TV's, I decided to try TCL's take on the design. First, the TV is gorgeous. It is actually thinner than the Samsung offering and comes with white, magnetically attached frame covers included in the box. Samsung frame covers are separately purchased. I did not mount this particular unit, but a flush wall mount was also included in the package (as is also the case with the Samsung). The picture is very good. It doesn't compete with some of the superior (and often more expensive) OLED offerings available, but is comparable to other LCD TV's in and even above the price range. Sound is acceptable, but a soundbar or other external option is recommended for most. As with The Frame, the NXTVISION has an "art mode" where, instead of turning off, it displays a static image like a picture frame on the wall. While clearly inspired by The Frame, the feature works well and the attractive, diminutive design adds to the effect. The only thing I miss when comparing it to Samsung's The Frame is the One Connect box. Samsung's additon of a single, practically invisible cable that carries power and audio / video signals from a separate box to the TV is extremely useful if you are connecting multiple devices to the TV. If, however, you are using the NXTVISION as a standalone device and streaming content through the built-in Google TV system, the One Connect box won't be missed at all. I have used Samsung's products for years and can attest to their quality and durability. Chinese electronics giant TCL has really stepped up their game in recent years but only time will tell if they hold up as well as their competition from South Korea's Samsung. Overall I am very pleased with both this and my Samsung The Frame purchases. Both offer TV's that look as beautiful when they are off as when they are on! If you are on a budget and want an attractive TV with everything included to get you started, the TCL is worth a look. If you need to connect a number of audio/video sources to your TV and are willing to spend a little more, Samsung's The Frame may be worth considering. ... show more

    • Do not buy this TV or any TCL TV.
Let's skip the part where this "QLED" television doesn't look as good as my non-QLED Samsung. Let's forget that turning on the local dimming (the reason you get this kind of TV) makes the brightness of the image jump around trying to compensate for whatever imagine is on the screen at that moment. This TV broke down within the nine months, and despite sending someone to repair the TV (replacing the entire innards), it couldn't be repaired. Then, instead of sending me a new TV, they told me they'll only send a refurbished TV. I relented. And when they delivered my refurbished TV, they took the old one, leaving me with the new TV still in the box. They don't even set it up to make sure it's working properly. They just left. So now, I have to go through all the work of setting up this new TV, which I shouldn't have to do at all. I did that with the original TV which should still be working. This is truly terrible service. And shame on Amazon for allowing these low end manufacturers to sell their goods here. Do not buy this TV or any TCL TV!!! My Samsung still looks amazing 6 years later! UPDATE: The refurbished TV they replaced the first TV with is bad. It makes all kinds of terrible noises when the screen is sufficiently black. When contacted, they wanted to send out another repair guy. I said I wanted a replacement — and a new TV this time. A new TV shouldn't last only nine months. TCL said no. Luckily, I purchased the warranty. But that doesn't kick in until the manufacturer's warranty runs out. Amazon is being good about this and replacing the TV. But TCL is awful! Don't buy anything from them. Their customer service is the worst — like, worse that AT&T worst! UPDATE 2: After four months with the new TV which Amazon gave me, this third TV won't stay on more than 5 minutes at a time. It just shuts off for no reason. I called Amazon to get a refund and found out that they actually charged me a restocking fee for the second TV they took back which didn't wok. And when they failed to pick up the second TV, they charged me for that TV as well! This is the worst experience I've ever had buying anything from Amazon. And now, I will have to waste even more time fighting with them, not just about getting a refund on my third TCL TV in 13 months, but also getting a refund for the restocking fee and the additional charge for the TV they failed to pick up (which did get picked up six weeks later). This is outrageous customer service from both TCL and Amazon. Shame on both!!! ... show more

    • Fantastic picture, fantastic value
Have two four series in bedrooms a 4k and a 1080 and love the TCL roku TV. So when we upgraded the LG in the living room, it was a no brainer to check out the TCL. Got a 75 inch five series and couldn't be happier. Picture is incredible after trying all the serrings this thing has and finding the right ones for us. Watching 4k sports is incredible. You can see the pebbling on the ball surface and blades of grass on the turf. 1080 is almost as good. There are better TVs out there but not by much to my eyes and not worth thousands more, in fact, I think this is a better picture than a lot of the big buck TVs out there that I have seen. Colors are good and viewing angle as well. Good blacks overall, but sometimes it does them funny (greenish and blotchy like a cheap TV) but that seems to be from poor quality sources, like old black and white documentaries on Nefllix. Sound is actually quite good but I use a sound system so no real review. Do not game, so also no review here. From what I read though, you may want to look at the six series for gaming. Overall, value for money or not, take a look at this TV. Highly recommended. ... show more

We really like this TV. it looks great when it's off; the art mode is very cool, the matte panel is really nice, the image quality (when showing content) is excellent, and the price is right. We were initially apprehensive putting such a large panel in the bedroom, but it works great, both as a TV and aesthetically. The only (minor) concern is with the installation with the included flush mount - for a truly clean picture-like install (no wires showing) you need to run the wiring into the recessed box in the right location behind the TV, but a good installer should be able to do that easily (though a DIY install requires more skills and tools than I have. The selection of free art is not very extensive, but it works great with your own content (photos, etc). The built-in Apple TV is very useful. ... show more
