I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and comfortable this is!! (I wasn't sure what to expect due to the low price) It's firm enough to support my back and soft enough to be very comfortable! It is thick so I had to push my seat back a bit since I'm only 5"3". Other than that, I've had no issues with it. So glad I took the chance on this pillow.

This support worked great for my travel to and from work during summer months. The downside is that the cushion gets stiff in colder weather below 50 degrees F. I’ll have to find another option for winter temperatures.

I bought this support pillow like piece to use in my work vehicle, which doubles as my office and I am glad I did. It took getting use to, but after a few days, I cannot imagine not having the support for my back. I am sure many options would work the same, but this one works for me. I bought this and a head rest support as charity for a disabled man who has limited movements from Parkinsons almost paralyzed. I also bought a reclining Chaise but sad to say this lumbar support strap is too short. The description had indicated it comes with extension but there was no extension in the box. Please let me know how to remedy this issue. It has not been used yet so cannot give 5 stars. Thank you.

This lumbar pillow is shaped well to use in almost any chair. I am using it in a straight back chair. It gives good support and soft enough to be comfortable.
