This is the ultimate supplies kit in my opinion and would make a great gift for someone you know who is getting into tattooing, or yourself! Whether you're brand new or need to restock the essentials, you'll find it in this box. Two slabs of the thick practice skin, a big bottle of blank ink, a dedicated (Speedstick) transfer stick, green soap and a squeeze bottle for it, tons of ink cups, stencil sheets, gloves, and sleeves to protect your machine and green soap bottle. It even comes with a small roll of what I best compare to knockoff tegaderm; a thin, almost cling-wrap like covering. This kit has it all. Stay organized, stay clean, and make the process easier on yourself. With this kit, you can practice all of the steps from laying out the stencil to applying the covering. I'm iffy on the "needle cleaning sponges", maybe for wiping the tip down if you're positive the needles are retracted. That's not something you'd want to get in the habit of doing if you ever plan on tattooing flesh for sanitary and needle protection. Additionally, the quality of the ink and other consumables is ultimately unknown. Save this stuff for the practice skin. Enjoy! ... show more

I have to say for the price they’re asking I’m a bit disappointed that there is no grip tape nor any dental bibs in here. It’s nice that the kit includes some tattoo staples such as the stencil paper, green soap, and even a Nalgene bottle. The second bandage wrap roll and the dip sponges were also a nice touch, but I was hoping to see at least 1-2 rolls of grip tape and maybe a couple of dental bibs as those are station essentials. Due to the lack of those two key items, this kit falls a little short in my opinion and that is my reason for the 3 stars I am giving it. I would suggest decreasing the amount of machine covers, removing the black ink, and supplementing that with the other 2 essentials I noted. ... show more

    • For anyone looking for a great kit to keep on hand then this is the one for you.
This is a great tattoo kit for the person who needs to make sure they have everything they need on hand. It includes quality transfer papers tattoo cover up tape ink cups green soap and much more. The one things zi do not like with this kit is the deodersnt style stencil gel. Dont get me wrong it is wonderfull for transfering for practicing on the included practice skins, but for using it on people it can transfer bacteria if being used more the 1 time as its intended. I love everything about this kit and everything in it is incredibly usefull for anyone who tattoos a lot, and one of my favorite items in the kit is the squirt bottle it works flawlessly and is my new go to bottle because of its convenient size. For anyone looking for a great kit to keep on hand this is definantly the one for you. ... show more

I really like the variety and amount of items you get for the money. I really like that it comes with two sheets of practice "skin" as well as the skin prep supplies and ink. It also comes with a big pack of transfer paper, which is nice and I don't think I noticed on the listing pictures. I wouldn't say this kit is for a true beginner, since there is no list of what the supplies are or any kind of instructions for use. You would have to already know what everything is and what they're used for. This is more like practice materials for someone who has already been doing this for a bit. I think today's list price of about $30 is decent for the items you get in this kit. ... show more
