Not happy. Ive been using battery packs for a while now. I liked the idea of this one. I ordered one and I thought it was good. I wanted another one to always have one ready to fo for back to back sessions. I went to order another one and it was out of stock until whatever date. I ordered one anyway because it would ship out when they came back in stock. I got notified that one had shipped to me before it was even supposed to be back in stock, which would have been cool but when it came, there was some scratches on it and it was missing the protective film over the screen like the first one had. It also didnt work. Im sure they had gotten it as a return and decided to just send it back out, to me. I contacted them and they asked me to send them a video of the product not working. I did and amazon wouldn't allow me to attach a video file. So we went back and fourth trying to get a direct email for me to send this video to. After tons of emails back and fourth they finally said they would give me a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement. Its been a month and I haven't heard anything from them and haven't gotten a replacement. To top it off, the first battery I purchased is now malfunctioning. It wont charge and the buttons wont adjust the voltage up, its stuck on the lowest voltage which is too low for proper application of a tattoo for me. I wasted close to 100 bucks on these. Just received this power supply and it will not charge. Lights show it’s charging but nothing building up on the battery. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Absolutely horrible device would not recommend for nothing. It ruin my dragonhawk rotary pen after I installed it and half of the DC male part detached from the battery inside my female rotary pen DC port. Doesn't turn on doesn't work at all would not recommend-5 Stars
