10 Year Tattoo Artist review... This machine is way better than I expected for the price. After a 7 hour dragon tattoo, it ran great for linework (hits pretty hard, long throw). I ended up using it more than my Xion ($600 tattoo machine) for the linework. Did not over heat, no sputters, RCA connection was solid, not ink splatter into the machine from the cartridge (**Using my professional set up with the machine in this kit.**) This kit is great for a beginner TO PRACTICE. The kit DOES need upgrades if you are going to professionally tattoo people. I would personally not use the needles that come with the kit. They are solid, but I only trust the sterilization of professional brand needles (Pro brand cartridges DO fit this machine). But that's just me. The power supply/machine was decent for a 2 hour session on the practice skin that came with the kit. There were a few sputters/disconnections with the clip cord that came with the kit. There is an “Auto Run” feature (click the power supply knob, then click the foot pedal) – I ran it for 30 minutes straight with no overheating on 6.5-7 volts. Only 3/5 RLs and 5/7 RS needles, came with one 9M shader. 2 pairs of gloves – Extra Smalls… No ink, I would NOT use any ink from online “tattoo kits” on people. ONLY use professional ink. In short, if you're getting into the biz, this is a great machine to practice with. It's also a solid backup to your primary (which is what I plan to use it for) provided you provide your own high-quality needles and inks. Really surprisingly quality for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Not having any experience tattooing I find this machine to be ideal for me to learn and practice since it uses a more modern system, including needle cartridges. Old school machines require a lot of adjusting, assembling, etc, while this machine you just plug it to the power supplier, put the needle in, and ready. The kit includes most of the things needed to tattoo, and to keep the machine and cables protected. It does not come with ink, and it only has one “sheet” of practice skin. For me, the most important part is how easy and fast is to setup everything, and that the kit includes a good amount of needles as well.

Excellent tattoo kit to learn the craft comes with everything you need except the ink which is very easy to get an affordable or if you know what you're doing you can also make your own. If you're looking for a very good tattoo kit that comes with everything you need to get started and learn the craft of tattooing and this is definitely a good option everything seems to work great and no issues whatsoever we'll update with some photos when I get more practice and try a basic tattoo on my leg.

I grabbed this for a friend who does some beginner level tattooing for friends who are willing to let him practice on him. It's a nice complete set for everything a beginner or someone already doing the work and looking for a spare could want. Ink is easily attained, and the only thing this doesn't come with that you'd need to get working right out of the gate. Even includes the practice material. For the price, seems a good value to begin your journey towards inking.

The media could not be loaded. Great product at a amazing price. You get everything but ink. Multiple needles the machine itself with a foot pedal whole 9. I highly recommend if u have any interest in learning tattooing. I've been haveing a problem lining up my artist to finish my sleeve so once I get alot of practice I can finish the sleeve omo and do my own touch ups now which is a great option.

Rotary is really the best thing any tattoo artist could use out here to be able to do art work with on their clientele. I highly recommend starting out with the original tattoo machine though so you can learn the mechanics of the whole thing but yes, eventually you are going to want to work your way up to this rotary machine. It's so much better and this particularly works very well.
