Just a tip: don’t mix up the order of products. The balm is for fresh tattoos — it smells amazing, glides on smoothly, and feels super soothing. The lotion is for older tattoos. I ordered this and it came two days after my flash tattoo :) I love the balm and the lotion a lot. A lot of people use products that have a high amount of alcohol in them but these are very nice products with simple ingredients that don't leech or sting your tattoo. I feel very comfortable with the cooling lotion in this summer heat. I like the balm a lot. The soap isn't really my favorite but that's okay because I have other soap available. Overall, it's definitely worth the cost. It can be useful on both small and large tattoos. I recommend this product for treating a new tattoo. I got my tattoo Friday night and it's mid-day Monday so I'd say so far so good! If there was anything dangerous or unsafe in the product my skin would definitely be reacting by now! Again the lotion cools the skin and it feels soooo good! I put the balm on right after washing it.

Great brand. This tattoo kit is perfect. I just got my first professional tattoo and had ordered this for the aftercare. The balm and lotion feel very nice on my tattoo and the soap keeps it very clean. Highly recommend this kit if you’re planning on getting a tattoo

This was a godsend for a recent tattoo. Hitting the itchy part of recovering from a tattoo is very hard to get through, but with this set, I had everything I needed. The soap has a nice clean, feel to it with a very faint scent that leaves your skin feeling thoroughly cleansed. The ointment is really the big winner as it provides such good moisturizing for the tattoo and skin and really helps with the itching. I just started using the lotion as I’m barely a week out, but it seems to be really good quality stuff. Everything has a nice natural scent to it And works really well. Would definitely recommend this.

I use the soap and the lotion daily and I love it. It keeps my tattoo clean and moisturized with no greasy feeling. The only reason I knocked one star off is because the balm smells terrible. I used it one time and immediately washed it off and threw it away. I imagine the balm is great but the scent is so off putting.

This product saved my tattoo! Got a fresh tattoo on vacation and did not have the proper supplies for it I found this in a magazine and ordered from here right away from day one it put the healing process on track the lotion and balm do really revive old tats colors very light and no scent.

There are so many tattoo products on the market and so many suggestions that people have for aftercare that I wasn't sure what to expect since this was our first time getting tattooed. That being said, I don't have a lot of experiences/products to compare to, but if (& when ;p) we get more tattoos, will definitely be making sure we have some of this Tattoo Goo on-hand :) The cleanser reminds me of medical-grade soap -- unscented and light lather. No stinging when we used after removing the second-skin tape. The lotion is also really thin ao a little goes a long way. It seems too thin at first, but it was good becasue it allowed the skin to breathe underneath. Kept skin moisturized -- applied morning and night and sometimes in the afternoon if it started to feel dry again. The balm was also nice, but only used it the first couple days as instructed and switched to the lotion. The balm tin is tiny so easy to carry around for on-the-go application. I also have very sensitive skin, so am glad to report that I've had no adverse reactions to any of the products in the kit. Our tattoos are completely healed and no issues whatsoever :) Highly recommend :)

I have healed 3 separate tattoos with this kit and could probably do two more. You get plenty of everything, with exception of the lotion. I have run out of that so far. I switched to lubriderm unscented which works a bit better. The balm has a really nice smell and does freshen up your tattoos, when they're healing it gives a nice protective layer. a little goes a long way! 4 pumps of the soap in the shower is what I use to clean a single tattoo. A great kit and will definitely refill as I get more ink.
