Not too much to say on this. It’s second skin (or whatever it’s called) by a different name. I always keep a roll in the house cause my wife stays getting tattoos pretty often, as well as me to a less frequent degree. And we’ve found changing the original second the morning after getting the tattoo works great for healing. It’s a godsend in terms of hygiene alone (as my work tends to leave me with motor oil all over me). Great product, highly recommend

It definitely does the job I wear it to work and I can work freely I even keep it on when I shower and it stays on perfectly. The only problem is it hurts to take off so if you don't have moisturizer or something on top of the actual tattoo the sticky part will stick to the tattoo and might even mess up the tattoo. So I'd say only put aquaphor on the tattoo an leave it dry around it so it can actually stick on your skin.

This item is def worth it. I don't have to worry about anything sticking to my tattoo while it's healing, putting ointment on it, or getting blood/puss on my clothes/bed.

Both myself and my friend had terrible reactions to it but we left it on way too long dumb 5 days and 4 days It hurts so bad to take it off the best way I found was to stretch it out like you would a command strip it did protect my large piece as I traveled back from central Mexico

I’m only giving this review based on my reaction to the adhesive after using this for less than 24 hours. I’ve never responded negatively to adhesive before but my new tattoo is more swollen, irritated and more painful than I’ve experienced before. When removed it peeled off thin layers of my skin that is similar to when you shave your legs and cut yourself. Not deep enough to bleed but it stings really bad. I’ve used saniderm before with no issue for other tattoos but this did not work for me. I acknowledge I have relatively more sensitive skin but damn this shit hurts lol if you have sensitive skin, I would NOT recommend. I hope this reaction goes away soon! Pictures are before saniderm then the next morning.

This stuff worked the way it is supposed to! It had great reviews, that’s why I went with it to cover a new tattoo while I went kayaking. I was one of the few cases (that I found after the fact) that was allergic to the adhesive. It actually burned the skin around my tattoo, so much so that I have a new scar just from this adhesive. I’m sure it works for someone, but if you have a history of sensitive skin, maybe just skip this brand.
