Measured, it's actually 17x23.... enough to cover my deck.. but if I really needed a 18x24, this would be another return. I still might return this one. These were great for the price but ultimately not worth it. It rained while we were camping and they didn't hold up. They actually seemed to hold water and were still wet even after being shook off and dried. They ripped easily too and already have holes in them after only a 3 night camping trip.
