This is a water proof covering I use to protect my firewood while in my trailer. I use bungee cords to hold it in place. The eyelets are placed close together to allow a tight fit and to prevent the winds from displacing the tarp. I've had it in service for about a month but expect it to last without rips or eyelet damage for at least 5 years and maybe longer. I could use this tarp while the trailer is in transit but don't want to stress the eyelets or risk damage. I believe it would hold up to that but don't really need to run the risk. Did 2 nights out so far. I used this as a tent footprint under my Nash Titan bivvy in damp and cold conditions. You get what you pay for with this tarp, worked really well with my bivvy in keeping heat in and the damp and water out. I used the tap on a rocky surface and afterwards wiped it down to see if it was damaged. Didn’t see a mark on my tarp. So far it’s 5 star from me, will try and do a long term review after a few months of heavy use. ... show more
