I've actually bought 2 of these amps. One went in a '18 wrangler jk, and the other into a '91 mazda 626. I have the MD3000.1 in one of my cars already so it was a no Brainerd going back to Taramps for more. This is the first time purchasing a Taramp and I am pleased. Replaced an ancient Hifonics amp that is 4x’s its size. I am impresssed with how compact this amp is. Works well with my subs and the included bass knob with indicator lights is a nice plus. Seems like good quality and would buy again.

I installed a lot of systems over 35yrs and this is the best amp for the money,has plenty of power while keeping stock electrical, its the best bang for the buck period,save ur money on better subs and box!

I bought a new taramps bass 1200. and got a used scratched and in protection mode amp. It does not work at all. Buy if you like to waste your time 👍🏽.

Right off the bat, the remote Level adjustment/ clip indicator light makes all the difference. I can solidly tell if I’m pushing the amp too hard. I am running this amplifier in my daily driver. It is paired with a single Skar SVD 12” D2 in skar’s ported sub box. It has never cut out or gone into protect mode from abuse, it’s a very sturdy amp. It delivers powerful bass that will let you know what rattles on your car. Small footprint, but it’s a thick amp. Might or might not fit under your seat, but it will definitely fit on your amp rack. ... show more
