I did absolutely love this item. It would Discharge the batteries for storage when wasn't in use and would charge super fast. Then after several months of using they will not charge the batteries. Luckily I kept the original charging hub or I'd be screwed. The product was great while it lasted. It just didn't last long. So, now I can use it to put the batteries in storage, but must use the original hub to actually charge the batteries so it's annoying and I've not been able to contact customer support.

I got this to speed up my DJI Air 3 batteries faster than the OEM unit. This has some great features that allows for much faster and simultaneous battery charging. The unit has a beautiful display that gives you all of the charging info you need on a single screen. There is also a screen that gives very detailed battery information for each battery, which is very cool. The instructions are sparse and written in tiny print - almost unreadable. So, I tried to figure this out on my own and that was not easy. I would not say that this unit is intuitive to use, but once you figure it out it does great. There is no charger included, only the cable. And if you connect it to a charging port with insufficient power, it basically just starts transferring power between the batteries themselves. So, you could charge a single battery with the remaining charge of the other batteries. That was all I could do until I figured out I needed a more powerful charger. There are two USB-C charging ports. I have been able to attach to power adapters, one that is 140W and another one that is 65W. What I saw was only two of the batteries being charged, one at 85W (maximum for a single battery) and the other one at 60W. I was not sure how to get all 3 batteries charging at once. Each input has a 100W maximum, so I thought that maybe I need two chargers at 100W+ to trigger the third battery charger. In the end, the third battery charger kicked in when The other batteries got close to full, then they all started charging at once. The instructions say nothing about this. There is a fan that kicks on to keep things cool and it is fairly quiet. What this charger gives you over the OEM version is faster charging time overall. Each individual battery charges faster and you can charge 3 at once. For the price, this may or may not be worth it to some people, because it is not cheap, especially when you consider you have to provide your own charging block(s). The fact that it charges three batteries fully, to 95% if you want them even faster, or keep them at a 60% storage mode, is impressive. The batteries themselves fit in perfectly but the unit does not stand upright like it shows in some of the pictures. The unit has to lay flat. For 5 stars I would have expected better instructions, especially around the different modes for when you have sufficient vs insufficient power for charging. I would also have expected at least one charging block for the price.

The unit does not work with the new Air3S Batteries. Tried multiple charges, even the Anker Prime Charger that is 250W with two USB-c cables. Do not purchase. There is no way to update the unit's firmware so it will never work. What's earning this a 0 star is that they did place Air3S in the title, otherwise I would not leave the review since it would be my fault for not reading. But it clearly specify that it is compatible with the Air3S. They are just trying to sell the last batch of units before releasing the new version. Not buying anything from this seller/manufacturer.
