  • Fits in the door easily
I installed 2 of these. So I made these into single channel amps by putting the L and R inputs together and then connecting the rear door incoming speaker line. Installed one in each rear door. Powering a 6.5” mid with a 4” bass blocker and a tweeter with a 3.5” blocker at 2800hz. Powered them off the rear door powered window 12v acc. Works perfectly and fits inside the door panel with ease. Just ordered one more for another set of tweeters on the dash. Not for bass. Only useful for mids and tweeters. My sub is already installed and this smoothed out the cabin sound in a big way. ... show more

  • Decent for the money
Literally just need a roll of 14 gauge speaker wire to install this thing, even used it for the power and ground. I have a ‘16 Honda Accord LX that comes with a trash sound system. I removed the rear deck speakers, installed some Orion midrange speakers and put this little amp on them. SO MUCH louder! It does clip at max volumes but it gets plenty loud before even getting to that point. Recommend for a quick and easy speaker upgrade. If you want to shake the block this ain’t for you ... show more

  • Compact, easy and exactly what I needed
The headunit in my Dakota with the base model stereo didn't have much output, so when I replaced the rear speakers with 5x7 Infinity refence coaxails and front door speakers with 6.5 skar mids it didn't get to very high volume before distorting. Already have a underseat sub so didn't have room for a full size amp, and didn't wanna add significant power draw. Bought two, one for rear channel and one for front. These things are TINY, no bigger than your hand and can run on 16ga power wire. They significantly add power to my system without distortion. The 80hz low frequency response also works as a crossover to let my sub handle the bass and not distort my mid/high range speakers. This is the perfect amp if you have a lower output headunit and want to drive your mids and highs. Totally recommend. The only thing I dislike was the wire terminals are very shallow and makes it a pain in the butt, other than that all is positive ... show more

  • Doesn't work. Zero sound from speakers.
Zero sound - not even a crackle - from speakers. I triple checked all wires. It just doesn't work. Was going to use it for a pair of Infinity 5020cs components, 5"-1/14" mids & 1" tweets. They work without the amp. I know how to wire an amp. Just installed 6 speakers, all have an amp except for the Infinitys, and they all work great. Boo. ... show more

  • It's NOT 2x50 watts
I don't believe it's 2x50, maybe 2x5 minus the zero!?!? Barely louder than the head unit itself. Amp gives no directions or even if you can bridge to a single channel, but I did it for my Ford Fusion center speaker. It made it louder for sure but barely louder than without the amp. Inside under cover of amp it does have a 7.5 amp fuse. ... show more

  • Works great in my golf cart
I installed this inline between my golf cart's head unit (which put out 5-8w to each speaker) and the speakers. Found a 12v line to feed it as well. Love how it does not need a remote wire. The unit turns right on when i turn on the golf cart. Speakers sound much better, much louder, better bass. I had put in a cheap set of 6.5s now im thinking i should get some better speakers since i have the power. My concern would be not sure how well this will hold up in a golf cart application due to the environment. Its not conformal coated. I suppose you could spray down the circuit board with some acrylic. We shall see. ... show more

  • Louder then a cheap head unit...EASY TO INSTALL
Cons, I didn't realize this amp only went down to 50hz. Good for highs, mids lack a bit, bass...well not really there. tested on a few sets of speakers. Easy to install!!! head unit turns this on as soon as i turn up the volume past 0 so very sensitive which is good. I think its a great little amp just wish it covered more of the sound spectrum. ... show more

  • Great for compact space and realistic needs
Ordered this to put on my 2017 Harley RoadGlide, to give the audio enough of a boost to hear it on freeways when traveling well over 70mph where the stock setup becomes just a whisper. Not a lot of space to work with so this was a perfect option and hooked to the factory 6 1/2” 2ohm speakers the output and volume was way more than expected!! Hookup is a no brainer I couldn’t have wanted more out of the size and price point and would recommend this to anyone! ... show more
