I received the scooter earlier than expected 👍🏻👍🏻. Please make sure that you are really mechanically able to do the post inspection and assembly. Otherwise take it to a professional who can. I had a few hiccups along the way but I must admit that the customer service team was very diligent about contacting you about your purchase and overall experience. To the point of annoyance, they wouldn’t quit trying to contact me. So to wrap it up, great quality for the price and just take your time and do the best when you receive it and you will have many miles of enjoyment, UPDATE: well, I’ve just put over 225 miles and just filled my third tank of fuel cost 4.00$ to fill it up in PA. I recently purchased an alarm kit from Amazon plug and play and it works perfectly (W/remote start). The paperwork came about three weeks after I bought it and it also had a title in the trunk so now I have two of them. Did the first oil and gear oil change and had no issues whatsoever. Runs horrible, nothing but problems. Unsigned documents, motor vehicles division said documents are missing, hs-7 declaration form, cbp entry summary 7501 and nhtsa bond release letter missing . The seller is rude. And unresponsive.

    • Looks good but they forgot the most important parts
Great packaging, undamaged, the delivery driver was super nice and helpful. However the title and registration doesn't come in the box like they say, it comes separately after you send them the vin number, overall super excited!
