    • Nice bike, won’t run
I just got my spark 150 today and got it assembled. I put a gallon of gas in it so I can start it up. It absolutely will not start. I am so aggravated right now and I was looking forward to this so much. I’m doing everything right, holding the brake, Kill switch is on, but it just cranks and cranks and cranks and will not fire up. 0 miles on the scooter and I can’t even hear it run. I am so disappointed. **Update** Finally pulled the seat off so I could look to see if I could see if anything wrong. I had no idea what I was looking for, a shoelace that came untied, a snowman the hat blew off of, something. After about 20 minutes of blindly looking around the engine compartment, I noticed a wire mixed in with some other wires that was hooked to nothing. It turned out to be the spark plug wire. It looks like it was literally yanked out. It had a little bit of damage at the end of the boot, but appeared usable. After searching a few minutes for where the spark plug is, I finally found it and plugged the wire in, and the scooter fired right up. It idles rough but I attribute that to the non-adjustable carburetors that they put in them in China. I plan to replace the carburetor and hopefully that’ll straighten out the rough idle. The only thing that upsets me about this is that normally when I purchase something from Amazon or whoever, I don’t generally have to repair it once it’s delivered. Update 6/2023 Replaced vacuum lines and fuel lines. After running the bike for nearly 1000 miles now, all is well. Never did replace carburetor. The more miles I put on it, the better it runs. I ordered the bike and in less than a week it arrived. I called in on friday for the title and monday i received it in the mail. The bike came in good shape it runs it looks good for a scooter I have no complaints. Thank you for making this purchase easy and not making me feel like I made a wrong choice. I would buy another one from them if I need one. Be sure you change the oil when you get the bike first thing, have help putting it together second thing, and watch the videos the send to you for assembly and oil changes. You might smell a burnt smell, that could be the oils used on the metal parts or some paint near the exhaust pipe burning off But the smell will go away. Assembly is fairly easy if you take your time and use your noodle and watch the videos. ... show more

    • Good Scooter Impossible find parts for.
Its all around a good scooter, easy to assemble, rides great, runs great. A few minor issues with stalling out but that was because the fuel line was twisted over time, from heating and cooling down. Now for the bad stuff, parts are impossible to find, I've contacted every dealership under the sun for replacement rims. It has been nothing but a headache from this point on. You reach out to a place they recommend you somewhere else. Vitacci is absolutely useless to help, they say they can only sell to dealers but then no dealers will buy bulk rims to help one person. I have tried everything i can and at this point i have a $1600 paper weight. If you plan on buying this beware, you CANNOT get replacement parts. ... show more

I’ve bought this Scooter a few Months ago. It’s awesome!!!! First I had some trouble that it cut off on me, but there was an Battery problem. It runs very smooth and feels great!!! Can’t wait for the Summer time so I can ride some more. The design is fantastic!!! It truly looks like a Ninja 😃 I’m very happy and pleased with their customer service. They were super friendly and reach out me right away when I had some Problems. This was the best customer service I have received so far!!! You guys have a very customer here 🙂 Thank you so much!!! Had to go out and purchase a bolt for the shock. No instructions on how to pair my phone. No instructions on how to open the seat, had to surf the web to find out how to do it
