First off this chain looks really nice, and shines like crazy and anybody wouldn’t doubt that it fake cause it looks real. Also it has a lifetime warranty that for any reason it loses its shine, gets damaged etc you can get it replaced thru there website and registering your jewelry. Jon personally replaced my chain within one day of messaging him, and took excellent care of me which was really a pleasure and really easy. I got my replacement within two days ! To the people saying you don’t get a lifetime guarantee, YOU are wrong. Everything is solid about this chain, just need to see how it holds up overtime, but if it does fade ..that’s where the warranty comes in and I’m confident in wearing this chain knowing if anything happens, I can get a replacement. I’m as satisfied with my purchase as I’ll ever be (: Update: the chain did loose its sheen, it became rough feeling to the touch despite its coating, and the clasp broke on my replacement, but just get in touch with Jon Jr takes care of me everytime 100% satisfied !

The product itself is nice, showed significant ware after a year or so very difficult to get replaced. I’ve sent 2 necklaces at once and still have only received one back. Very disappointed will not order again nor do I recommend you order
