1. Received a defected table: I hired a person to assemble the funiture. Then, after we assembled all the parts that took almost 2 hours, we tried to assessmble the top part, but found a defect on it (a small part was missing). 2. Considerably delayed the replacement process (2 months): So I contacted Amazon, but ultimately I could receive another one almost 2 months later. I could not refund or return the original parts because to do that, I had to request the hired person to detache all the assembled part, which would cost me again. If I had pay for the detatchment process, then, later assemble the second set, I would pay more than the table set price. I had to keep the incompleted table set almost for 2 months. 3. Assembling other pieces took time, but relatively easire than the last part. After I received the second set, I just removed only the top part and tried to assemble it to the assembled other parts. It needed to be assembled from the bottom, but the hole for the screw was too big, so it was so difficult to work with it. It continually went to wrong direction. Finally I gave up to screw some parts.

I love the table. However it came with a scratch on the marble. Chairs are also not as sturdy as expecting. Overall it looks nice and serves its purpose.

I was worried because people had reviewed about damaged boxes and product, but mine arrived without a hitch. It’s more sturdy than I expected. The seats’ padding will wear down over time, based on the chairs I’ve had like this in the past, but I’m happy about it.

edit**customer service was very good so im increasing stars to allow for that received this item early, yay! but the box was damaged - but nothing that should have impacted the issues below seeing how well it was packed. the underside of the table top was damaged, one chair has a rip in the leather and one chair has a leg that is shorter than every other leg. i will be returning this!
