I ordered this and installed it for my neighbor. We live off grid in a community 10 miles back a dirt road. This propane hot water heater was the perfect solution to his problem of having no running water in his house, let alone hot water. I piped his entire house with PEX and installed this heater in 1 full day of work. His only complaint was that he has to keep his water on the entire time he's showering in order for the water to remain hot - which I knew, but he didn't, prior to installing this. When you haul your water to your property, every drop matters, so that could be a variable that would stop someone from purchasing this type of water heater, but overall it works well and was simple to install. The water lines are clearly marked and the propane line goes straight outside his wall to a tank on the ground outside. He disconnects it when it needs refilled, so it's pretty easy to maintain as a full house tank isn't required to use this.

The installation was easy and it worked right away. I wish the low flow function worked better at a low flow because there's no way to get hot water without turning the sink on almost all the way.

Worked good until it got below freezing then froze and burst inside the unit. The antifreeze heater In it obviously didn't work and also when sizing the gom , don't think bigger is better as when I took showers it would detect low flow and quit heating. Amazon gave me a refund and I selected another smaller capacity unit. Hopefully this one works as stated and doesn't freeze inside my basement. Cold air comes down the stack and will freeze it if the internal piezo heaters don't work.

Works great. You can only use 1 faucet at a time. If you're in the shower amd someone uses the water in the kitchen the water will run cold in the shower. That's the only down side

Working good. Only complaint is the fan is not strong enough to always clear the vent. Mostly due to high wind area that I live in not the product. Make sure you understand Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion. Also duct attachment is small if you are replacing you will need to figure out an exhaust reduction from standard pipe to the smaller pipe. DIY capable with a little plumbing knowledge.

Have outside tankless on far end of home ,have to wait on hot water and has froze in very cold weather,this unit is inside unit ,installed it my self,got concrete hole saw off amazon ,plumbed with pex .Works great,close to my shower,just had 11 degree night,morning shower was,hot and nice,price was great,also got all plumbing fitting off amazon

It is junk!!! Cold showers and zero support. Yes I did all their online support. No one to talk to. No one to chat with… Through away your money when buying this water heater…. This heater should be removed from Amazon and any seller that doesn’t respond should be gone as well.
