I love this water heater, and it fits great with my tiny home. Customer support is amazing and always reaching out and ready to help solve any problem/concern their customers may have.. You do have to have your water flow adjusted just right, which me living in the country on well water, it has a higher flow rate with my pump and sometimes the water pressure is unsteady, which does tend to affect the temperature on the water heater, but that's my doing.... The appliance itself works perfectly, it heats up fast, and it gets HOT! I definitely recommend it to others.. My favorite thing about it is the customer service.. they are truly amazing to work with.. ... show more

    • Went bad in less than two months of weekend-only use
The silver lining is that it broke before the return deadline, so I was able to return it for a full refund. Given that I am at home only during the weekends, when my water heater died, I decided to replace it a couple of tankless ones in series: in the room where there was the water heater I have two 220V-20A circuits, therefore 6-6.5 kW is the maximum power for each circuit. A single 6.5 kW unit is not sufficient to provide enough hot water for regular use, therefore the choice of using two of them in series. Since reading the reviews I was somehow warned about the unreliability of such cheap devices, I decided to buy one of these and one Dltsli brand (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08771BY4R). After less than two months of weekend-only use (unplugged during the week), the unit would turn on, indicate the temperature, sense the flow of water, but it did not put out any heat. It has been replaced with a second Dltsli unit and both are still working correctly. ... show more

The heat only heats the water to about 85 degrees. The add said up to 120. To get 120 degrees have to turn the water to a pencil streem.

    • Its as gutless as most on demand water heaters
As with just about every brand of on demand tankless water heaters, this one is rediculously gutless and cant heat water above 100 degrees beyond an absolute trickle. More like a dribble. Its actually very difficult to get the water to slow down enough to heat it to 100 degrees. This is not near enough to allow it to pass health department inspections for any commercial establishment whether kitchen, bathroom or anywhere. To give you an idea of how slow the water needs to be, it would take over 30 seconds to fill a regular cup of hot water. If you turn on any cold water to mix in, it is not even warm. On another note, the packaging is nice as well as the temp display and controller but unless you have 80 degree temp water coming into building this will never provide hot enough water. ... show more

    • Product does not Last!
I’ve had this for 6-8 months and rarely use it in my outdoor kitchen. Gets the water nice and hot very quickly. Problem is that it’s a piece of junk and no longer works. How can a product that has seen maybe 5-7 hours of runtime, and that’s a generous number, already die? Poor waste of money
